Clean. Owner is a nice guy who knows his stuff. Got several piercings here over the years. All perfectly placed with quality jewelry and healed well.

Just moved in the area and cloud nine was close and has been around for a while so I thought I'd give them a shot. Talked to the owner for a min he seemed nice then he disappeared. All I wanted was a couple new jewelry,. The owner said that the piercer will put them in for free..piercer was a nice guy but not alot of experience. Took him along time to change out my jewelry. No big deal right til I checked out with the guy he charged me 60 for a captive bead ring and two little studs with a spike .I could of went to someone else and paid 15 bucks. What a rip off. On top of all that he put in a ring to big that I had to take it out the next day.and tighten one of them and I can't even take it off. Wish I could get a refund.

Was scheduled for a tattoo, came in and got a cover up on my hand which he did a pretty good job but I was suppose to have follow up appointments and I've reached out several times and he's yet to get back to me and this was months ago, it's pretty disappointing, I wouldn't recommend.

Been going to mark for years since I could get my first tat and piercings.. does and amazing job and makes you feel super comfortable! He cares about you an his work! Wont go anywhere else!!!

I got my nose pierced here and I absolutely love it! He made it super easy and quick to do, it was also a very reasonable price and it looks amazing!!!! If I get another piercing I’ll definitely go back.

Mark is the owner and a great tattoo artist. I had a tattoo I wanted and gave him an idea and he ran with it and I am very happy with the outcome. Will return for many more.

My husband and I went it to Cloud 9 to get matching tattoo's for our 20th anniversary. John was very helpful with suggestions and his personal input as this was the 1st tattoo for both of us. He really took the time to make sure we loved out tattoos. Granted we didn't have anything real elaborate but it was done with care and with the customer's satisfaction as 1st priority! The guy who pierced my ears was super helpful and was very nice, only felt pain for a second and then nothing! Would recommend getting your piercings here.
