Not only is it a great retail and head shop but it also has full service piercings and tattoos. Lots of great kaleidoscope clothing and stuff. Definitely worth dropping by again to get my piercings.

I've been before to get my daith piercing. They were professional and clean but they managed to be super calming/friendly as well. I think that the selection of jewelry is limited but what's there is good quality. The website is minimal an could use an update to be more user friendly.

Cannot recommend this place enough! The staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. The piercing specialist was excellent, had perfect bedside manner, explained each step of the process as he worked. The facility is very clean, all proper sanitary practices were performed. Overall a great experience whether you're a first-timer or seasoned.

You won’t catch me complaining on my way out. I’ve always appreciated the customer service. Most seem educated about items asked about and are willing to answer any questions when it comes to anything in the store. Frequent here often and recommend it obviously. Veteran and military discount and reward cards/punch cards for future business. Shops always clean and they are diligent in disinfecting the pieces touched.

I was soooo excited to get a new nose ring! I pick it out, walk around waiting my turn. The guy that helped me was super awesome BTW. 2 young ladies go up and pick out their stuff after me, he calls the 1st young lady, I was thinking that's weird but oh well I'm next! Nope, he calls the next young lady that had walked in 3 minutes before and I had been sitting there for 15 minutes. I was very upset, so I told them I was passed up by 2 other people and I left. I live an hour away also. I was hurt and embarrassed by this. BUT the place was clean.

I had an allergic reaction to a nose ring I had in and they took it out and put a surgical steel one in. They're a little pricey but friendly!
