Fino, the piercer, was great. Took his time explaining every step and answering my questions to make sure I was comfortable. Asked if where he placed the guide dot for my piercing was good, and offered to adjust it to make sure it was what I wanted. Very clean and friendly environment. My conch piercing looks great 🙂

Got a piercing done today and Brandie is the best!! She asked questions and was very informative to make sure that it was the piercing I really wanted. Process literally took like 5 min and next you know I’m out the door. I will definitely be coming back for more piercings especially tattoos!!!

I wanted to say a special thanks to the artist that did my daughter’s rose and “Think Positive” tat. I understand not wanting to tattoo a minor but from a mother’s and nurses stand point you did us a great service. My daughter received the tattoos she wanted in safe and clean environment. Clean ink and clean needle, unlike the stick and pokes she had done in the past, which are dangerous in so many ways. Thank you for ensuring my daughters health and safety!!! And of course for giving her beautiful tats that she absolutely loves.

I’ve gotten almost all my piercings here besides my lobes. I first came here to get my nose and belly button pierced, and have had no problems with either of those. I later came to get a daith and it also went well. Today, I went to get a septum piercing from Brandy, and because my nose had too much cartilage, we had to use a bigger ring, and I honestly wasn’t happy with it (which isn’t her fault at all). She happily offered to take it out and pierced my conch, which I’ve wanted for a long time, with no additional charges so I didn’t waste any money! She was so sweet and calming and I was so relieved. Thank you Brandy! Also, Fino is amazing as well :)

From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and at home. The man working at the counter had me flip through artist books and helped me pick the artist that best suited what I wanted. I picked Jake even though all artist were great. He drew my tattoo and it was above and beyond what I had wanted and the tattoo was very easy to sit through with how little it hurt compaired to my others. It was about a month ago it healed great and is still bright. Thank you Jake and steel and ink for being awesome

Pain tolerance was one of my biggest concerns about getting a larger tattoo. Brandie was always considerate about my pain level, and actively helped me to decrease my discomfort.

Steel and Ink is the greatest tattoo shop! They were very polite and professional and they were able to cover up an old tattoo I didn't like. The new one was very colorful and well-detailed and you couldn't even see the old one! Awesome work! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a memorable tattoo experience.

This is the place where I got my first tattoo. Coming in I was really nervous, but the artist, Jay, did a great job in reassuring me. He also took my design, which was pretty flat and boring, and made it 3D-like and gave it some life. I really liked it and they finished product is awesome.
