Steel and Ink Tattoo Studio

After being turned down rudely at another shop, my girlfriend and I came to Steel N’ Ink. I have gotten my septum pierced here (amazing experience) and have been back a couple of times for rings. The customer service was excellent, the women at the counter listened to what my girlfriend wanted, found out we needed an appointment for it, and scheduled it with just a little bit of a wait. She was polite, friendly, and understanding. We now have appointments for next week which I am positive will go the same way. Thank you for not using your experience to undermine guests, and for listening and sharing your creative process.

My wife and I got matching tattoos. Very simple tattoo. It was my first and the wife 3rd tattoo. Just a Bible verse and Roman numerals. The middle of the X's aren't filled in all the way, line weights are different and the size of letters and numbers are a little different sizes. Just a very inconsistent tattoo. The more I look at the tattoo the more I dislike the work on it. My wife's tattoo has a big bruise behind it that will never go away. I don't think I'll ever be back for a tattoo service.
My wife received a few piercings and was treated really good from Fino and Brandie. The wife really likes her piercings. She wants more and I will gladly take her back when she gets more piercings.
Edit: I took my wife and 2 daughters to get piercings. 1 occasion was wife and 1 daughter. Rayne did so well with my youngest that we took my other daughter to get pierced when she was ready. Between my daughters piercings I decided I wanted to give them another chance at tattooing me. I researched their artists and came across Aleenah. I messaged her about a flash piece she posted. She messaged back in a very reasonable time. She quoted a fair price. I went in today to get that tattoo while my daughter got pierced by Rayne. Rayne did so good with my daughters. Aleenah did such an awesome job on my tattoo as well. I absolutely love the work she did. She is super friendly and easy to talk to. I will be getting another tattoo done by her. I'm glad I gave this company another chance. I do still need my first tattoo touched up but super happy with the my new tattoo and my wife and daughters are very happy with their piercings.

My overall experience at Steel and Ink has been exemplary. I have gotten five tattoos so far and have been very pleased with the professionalism and quality of all of my tattoos. The staff have been great to work with and I have to give a shout out to my artist, Brandie Medina, for her care when doing the tattoos and for her creative work with making/designing all of my tattoos exactly how I wanted. Brandie has such a caring personality, is upbeat and makes you feel as you are a part of the family. Everyone else in the shop is the same way. You always feel welcome when you are there. This speaks volumes when I say that I already have 2 more planned and am always excited to get them. I have to add that my family also goes to Steel and Ink. We would not even think of going anywhere else. Everyone who sees our tattoos always comments on how great they look and I know that Steel and Ink have ended up with friends of ours going there also with the same satisfaction. All of the artists at Steel and Ink are great.

Got my first tattoo here last year and Fino pierced my nose last week!
Both guys we really chill and super thorough explaining the process, after care and what to expect.. Especially Fino my whole experience was above and beyond what I expected.
I got my tattoo done right before covid and I thought thought the cleaniness was taken very seriously. Last week still the same and then some!

Especially if you're a first timer I highly recommend this be you're place!

i had two tattoo cover-ups nobody would touch but Shawn Medina at steel and ink didnt flinch. He did an amazing job and i will always be back for my tattoo and piercing needs.

Steel and Ink was awesome! We took our 7 yr old to get her ears pierced, and our piercer was amazing. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. The staff was very nice and helpful. We would definitely go back!

My daughter had her ears pierced for the first time here and Makenzie did a great job. She was patient and accurate.

I got my belly button re pierced by Fino who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the whole process to me before we started, talked me through the piercing and explained how to properly take care of my new piercing. I'll definitely be going back. These guys are great.

Fino is awesome!!!! I got my nostril pierced with him a couple weeks ago; he was very fast, clean, and efficient, and he made me feel very comfortable. Today, I woke up and found that my stud had fallen out overnight. I wasn’t able to get it back in myself, so I went up to the shop on my lunch break and Fino got right to me. He had to stretch the hole back open to get it back in, and again he made me very comfortable, was super fast, and didn’t even charge me to do this. Thanks Fino!!!

Best place I've been too. Super hygienic environment with super friendly staff. I had Jay do my tattoo. It was a spontaneous thing I didnt even really know what I wanted and he drew something up just going off a few pictures and listen to what I wanted. Was an AMAZING price and the best tattoo I have. I'll be coming back for my future tattoos. Highly recommend!!!!
