5 Monkeys Tattoo

I went to 5 Monkeys on 7/25/22 and had the most amazing experience. I went in for a new tattoo (picture shown) and a touch up of a previous tattoo I got from a different shop. The space is clean and comfortable. Tegan did an amazing job on my artwork. She tied it in to something personal to me and made thoughtful recommendations. I cannot brag about my experience with her enough. It was amazing!

I went for the Friday the 13th event and got 3 tattoos done by Kelly, she was amazing and so was the rest of the entire staff. They made the experience fun, and they are all super easy going and down to earth. Very clean shop as well! Great people, great experience- will definitely be going back. I couldn’t be happier!!

Tegan did an amazing job on my tattoo, the photo does not do it justice - I am blown away by the design and so happy with it. When there was a bit of a mixup with scheduling, we were able to easily rework my appointment time and they went out of their way to make sure I got in the same day. The shop was clean and welcoming, I would recommend it not only for the gorgeous work that they do here but also for the environment and friendly people.

I came here for their friday the 13th sale and waited in line outside for a little over 4 hours. I got there at 4pm and about 20 minutes before 6 o'clock a man with a braid walked by the group of us waiting outside and passive aggressively said "we close at 6 by the way" only for a woman to come out 10 minutes after that saying some of the artists were going to stay later, so we stayed and waited. We were hoping someone came out sooner and told us whether or not they could still take more people so we would know whether to stay and wait or leave. While it was nice some of the artists stayed later it was very disorderly, the woman who was working the front desk putting stencils on people was walking around the shop with dirty socks and not the most polite. If any of the artists were too tired/worn out from tattooing for the day they should not have accepted anymore clients. Waited another hour inside the shop and we didn't end up leaving until after 10pm. Just for me to end up with this. The lines are extremely wobbly and off center and the shading is just terrible. This is the worst tattoo I have. I also received another one here of a moth that also has pretty bad line work and shading but not as bad as what's supposed to be a heart potion.

Was an excellent experience! Everyone in the shop is super friendly and knowledgeable! Tegan is a fantastic artist and was super easy to communicate with through the whole process. Shop is very clean and so is their tattooing process. Very much would recommend.

Went for tattoo today such a great experience ! I have several tattoos and I think this is the most comfortable I have felt in a shop . Tegan was amazing ! She free hand my piece and it was exactly what I wanted . Will definitely be going back !! Great experience, great shop and most of all great people !!

The busy flash sale Friday the 13th sale did not lack on everything that makes a business great. Everyone at 5 Monkeys was attentive and nice even though they were so busy. My artist Johnathon was friendly, funny and very detailed oriented.
I will definitely return again for any more events as well as being my go to for any tattoos I may want.

Went to the Flash sale for Friday the 13th. Everyone working there was absolutely wonderful, the shop is clean and very professional. Johnathan did mine and my friends tattoos and they came out beautifully. I will definitely be coming back for future work.

Excellent work. Awesome artists. Cherry was great. Designed tribal foot tattoo with a heart in the middle for my wifes Mothers day present. Came out awesome. She's personable, talented. Looking forward to our next tattoo.

Kelly was fantastic. Very light hand, talked to me thru the tattoo. An was over all very very nice. Would highly recommend anyone to come see Kelly
