I made an appointment scheduled yesterday in which I showed up 5 minutes early, when I got there the door was locked so I called and got no answer. I’ve been calling and calling during business hours for the past two days and there has been no answer. The mailbox has been full so I’ve not been able to leave a message. I emailed, no answer. Im pretty disappointed. It’s unprofessional in my opinion to abandon an appointment with a client without any communication on why. Hopefully they’ll answer the phone for clients in the future!
