Extremely disappointed with my experience and the level of unprofessionalism displayed. I booked an appointment for 11:30 am and arrived a few minutes prior. There I sat in the waiting room until 12:10 when finally my tattoo artist approached me believing me to be her 12 o'clock appointment time instead. Someone had messed up, leaving my tattoo artist unprepared for my visit. All I was getting was a simple rose. I wanted the design of my tattoo to be what I liked because its my body, my tattoo, and my money. I showed my artist a picture and told her to try to get the design as close to that as possible. It took many redo's for her to finally get a design I was okay with. This clearly frustrated her because she made many comments such as huffing when I told her I didn't like something, saying "it looks the same (as the picture)" when it clearly did not, and saying "I have a whole other appointment after you". The actually tattooing process went well. She was very nice and the tattoo was great. The prices are ridiculous. A simple black outline of a 2 inch by 1 inch rose should not have cost me $100.

I was kinda hoping for Bri because I heard such great things but she wasn’t in so I went to the other guy who pierced which was completely ok! He did my piercing super quick and it was placed really well! The only thing I didn’t like is they didn’t tell me anything about how to take care of it or how long healing is or how long I have to wait to change out the piercing if I wanted. I also had to ask for aftercare instead of them asking me if I wanted any. Overall please be informed before getting a piercing because they won’t tell you anything about the piercing and always ask about aftercare!!

This is only my second experience at ATS, but believe me, I will be returning for all future tattoos! Kenny did a phenomenal job with my tattoo, I had gone to two other shops before coming back here, both of the other shops told me that they wouldn’t be able to do my tattoo in color, but Kenny was able to make it happen, and it looks great. I can’t wait for it to heal!

I walked in requesting to get a tattoo today and was in a chair getting it done within 30 minutes. The staff is friendly and super helpful. My artist was Sean and did an amazing job on the tattoo, kept conversation flowing, and friendly! I will definitely be coming back in the future. Highly recommend.

Overpaid and underwhelmed. I've got a body covered in tattoos from shops literally all over the world. This was hands down my worst experience. I went in to get a tattoo that had a lot of meaning to me. Not only did I overpay, not only did I tip more than 20%, but the tattoo fell out and instead of a free touch up (that I've received at every other shop I've ever been to), they wanted to charge me more money. Well, if you had just done what was asked of you in the first place, I wouldn't need a touch up THIS badly.
It's all good though. I went to another shop and had it touched up. The same tattoo you said "would always fall out?" Well, the artist did their job and it looks just as good today as it did the day they fixed this shops mistake. Actually, it looks better months after they did it, versus the week or so after it was initially done at this place. Even the other artist said it looked like it was done to intentionally fall out. Weird.
You couldn't pay me to visit this place again.

Jeff/pitbear did an awesome job on our tattoos. We wanted purple but we have dark skin and he didn't even have problem with it he said hell yeah let's go😊. It is all about finding the right shade.

I went to ATS to get my eyebrows microbladed and shaded previously with Megan. She's professional and a perfectionist. So many people compliment my eyebrows. Today I went to get my nose pierced by Nicole and she made you feel very comfortable. She was great and explained everything she was doing before she did it. I am very happy with my eyebrows and my piercing.

Truly amazing staff, my first tattoo so I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect and they went above and beyond answering questions. I was in and out in under an hour for my tattoo. Would definitely recommend Justin, he was so nice

Today I received a cover up tattoo from Ian Lopez. First and foremost, his is professional. His work area is clean. He listened to my requests. Throughout the process he communicated well. He checked to see if I needed a break and gave me fair warning if it may feel a little extra discomfort due to location. He answered all my questions patiently. (If I was annoying he never let it show. Lol. Also, the cost was fairly priced.
Now, the tattoo itself is fantastic. He is talented and I highly recommend if you want fresh ink, especially traditional style, hit up Ian.
