Was supposed to have a consultation with Paul this past Saturday, and he was a no show. I waited 20 minutes before leaving and I have not heard from anyone from the shop. No explanation or apology, just nothing.

Wil was fantastic. I had gone elsewhere to get my ears pierced (just basic lobe piercing) and the other place, also a professional piercer, made one hole lower than the other. Everyone told me it was fine so I let it heal, but found out that with heavy earrings the side that's too low DROOPS badly. So I went to Wil.
Wil not only made me feel very comfortable and was clearly very knowledgeable, but he did a fantastic job re-piercing my lobe high enough that it won't drag into the old hole and it's still near enough where the other one is that no one can tell they're not exactly even. I would recommend him to anyone.
