Chai (I'm quite sure I misspelled his name) was a great artist, listened to what I wanted, then gave me realistic ideas for what turned out to be a great cover-up.
He was gentle enough that I fell asleep during the proccess that lasted several hours, and was more than patient when I needed to take a few min break.
The pricing was more than fair (lower than anywhere I could find) and the vibe overall in the shop was pleasant and upbeat. I'd definitely recommend the place, and definitely recommend the artist.

This is the lowest star that it will allow me to give but I don't want to give a store at all I miserable upset and mad at myself for allowing Ryan to tattoo my wrist with an owl symbol I now have to have a black out heart to cover it up all I want is my money back and wish that I never went there please people if you're going to get a tattoo go to somebody that has 10+ years experience
