I got my nose pierced here in August and I can't say enough good things. They were quick, but not too quick, friendly and super professional. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get pierced.

I made a same day appointment with Xia to get my vertical labret. When an earlier appointment cancelled they called me in early which was nice since I had a pretty late appointment. They were super nice and explained everything I would need to know about the piercing. We took a good long time deciding on the exact placement I wanted which was very reassuring since it’s in a very prominent place.
It did hurt but I don’t expect it not to otherwise the piercing was done very carefully and hygienically. I’m in love with my new piercing.

Would give more stars if I could, knowledgeable staff, clean and friendly! From start to finish was a really nice experience! The fact on their forms they ask preferred pronouns! Xia was so sweet! I’m so happy with my new piercing and jewelry!

Came in for a floating navel and was pierced with the wrong jewellery. Went to another place after noticing MUCH redness and irritation and thankfully and they changed the jewellery to a MUCH LONGER THINNER PEICE. if i would’ve left the jewellery in it would have caused serious damage to my navel.
Update: Just had the piercing removed today after it was infected and was informed it was pierced improperly and too shallow.

Xia pierced my helix perfectly and explained everything to me and making sure I understood everything. They also would ask me if i’m comfortable with them coming into my space and asking me before touching me which made me really comfortable! i’ll be coming back for my other piercings :)
