Alter Ego Tattoo & Piercing

If you’re looking for a piercer, Ricky and Dawn will 100% do it right! Been here 3 times now for piercings, all great experiences. They are walk in only, so might be a wait but they check you in quick and easy at the front.

Dawn was my piercer on 2 occasions, she’s very welcoming and knowledgeable in her work. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their piercing experience! When I went back to have my helix downsized, the ladies at the front desk helped me pick out a nice gold piece and I went ahead and had my third lobe done too. They use threadless implant grade titanium btw. She also consulted on existing piercings from a different shop for me that unfortunately turned out to be rejecting.

Ricky did my nostril, he was super friendly and helped ease my nervousness beforehand by walking me through the steps. He’s definitely highly experienced and trustworthy in all regards to piercings.

This shop is AWESOME! I’ve had 2 tattoos done here and they are by far the cleanest most professional experience I’ve had. The artists are fantastic and do an incredible job taking concepts or rough ideas and making them genuinely beautiful/meaningful pieces of art! Highly recommend and definitely trust the artists to do their thing!!

I got my first ever tattoo! Victoria did it for me and she was amazing!! I was nervous but she was really cool and it didn’t even hurt! Really nice. Really talented! I’m going back to her for my next one 1000% (I got Bibble from Barbie’s Fairytopia)

I went to Alter Ego for my first tattoo. I had the pleasure of working with Kaitlynn. She listened to what I had in mind and made adjustments to fit the placement. She was very welcoming and helpful. She took the time to explain what I needed to do to take care of my tattoo properly. I scheduled my next session with her that day and can’t wait to get back.
As for the shop, everyone I encountered that day was awesome. I had several employees chat with me and give me advice on aftercare. The shop was very clean, and the employees made me feel welcome. Amazing shop and will recommend them to everyone.

Dawn is phenomenal. I could not give this awesome lady enough praise. She was kind, informative, enthusiastic, exceptionally talented, and super knowledgeable. And still that doesn't do her enough justice. Simply exceptional. I looked into several piercers in the area and read many reviews, which praised her work. And they were correct! I looked at her portfolio, which included explanations of bad piercings and how they could be fixed. This highlights her knowledge of her craft. If you are thinking of or getting a piercing (especially a septum), Dawn is the piercer you should choose. She walked me through the process and explained all of the aspects of getting a piercing. She made sure that I was comfortable. I cannot even say that the worst part was the tongs, because even that was nothing. I loved my experience with her! Thank you so much, Dawn! Oh, and she said that I had great anatomy of the nose, which made me feel super duper special! It's the little things, really.

Recently got a piercing by Dawn at Alter Ego and it was one of the easiest and best piercing experiences I’ve ever had. She was extremely friendly and explained everything to me beforehand. She also made sure I was comfortable and relaxed during the entire procedure. Highly recommend Alter Ego and Dawn to anyone looking to get a piercing.

This week was my first time going to alter ego and I can't brag enough about it! The lady at the front desk was very friendly and even made small talk to make me feel at home while my artist set up his station. I got tattooed by Daniel and it was a great experience. I have around 20ish tattoos first one done by Daniel and I will for sure be back to see him for more probably gonna talk about getting a sleeve from him.

Breath of fresh air- hands down. I’ve waited 10 years to find the right person to start my other projects and I found @shadowgreytattoo. Spent a lot of time in the chair with Alan and I cannot wait for my next session. He is truly gifted, kind, patient, takes pride in his work, and collaborate with you to make a one of a kind piece.
I left my first session not only amazed with the beginning of our project, but also happy to meet such a nice human being. I will only work with him going forward. 10 start rating!!

Can’t say enough about how great Dawn is! She was very informative and helpful and went above and beyond to look at a prior piercing that I had done! Would most definitely recommend her for your next piercing and look forward myself to seeing her again for another for myself!
