Went for an nose ring which was fast and didn't hurt at all. However Angel lacks customer service skills he is a bit harsh with words but I guess some people would just say that he is blunt and straight forward 🤷🏾‍♀️. Another thing was he didn't clean my nose before or after nor did I see him open up needle packaging. If he would learn to communicate and be more considerate of his customers this would be an great shop!!

Great prices. Lack of customer service. I misspelled Tragus guys...lol and wrote tracheus...heck I didn’t know, but I knew where I wanted it. There was no clear visible list or images...other than a small poster on the wall. I was corrected immediately. Thanks, I appreciate it. I get it; I’m not a tattoo artist or piercing specialist, but I was scolded with *not in any particular order* (I have to answer to the Health Dept not you; I’m trying to TEACH you; what you say; I can’t help that you don’t like being corrected) and belittled due to misunderstanding and putting the wrong word on the line. I was told that I didn’t like being corrected. At first, I thought we were engaging in what seemed to be a humorous situation only to experience anxiety, confusion, embarrassment, and stress from trying my best not to be that “angry woman”. His tone was very condescending. I had to reflect to see what I could’ve done differently...like why did I have this experience when I don’t bother anyone, and I’ve concluded that I could’ve paid more somewhere else for a better experience, yet here I was so excited to try them out. Even after we walked to the back for the piercing, and I expressed how uncomfortable I was after the situation...there was an open opportunity to clear up the misunderstanding, even to apologize, but nope...not today people. He actually started singing and humming briefly.

Once I saw the reviews, I noticed that I wasn’t losing my mind...maybe the vibes were off today. I got the “I don’t need your business or money” vibes, which is great, so I’m sure this review won’t do much, but as a person who abhors belittling and men who lack common decency and respect, I want you all to go and get your affordable piercing. Just don’t say anything and please make sure you have the correct pronunciation and spelling for your piercing. Let’s just saying being here made me feel like I was in a toxic relationship. 😩 I felt disrespected as a customer and as a woman, but I’m fine. And for the reviews telling people to get out of their feelings and that’s just how he is. Him being this way does not justify how others experiences are within his establishment, and I enjoy sarcasm...but this was beyond that.

Angel is 🔥... Despite the reviews I love my piercings. He made my sister and I feel very comfortable. I would definitely go again. We were in and out

They are literally so money hungry. Your ears most certainly have to be made a specific way to get different types of piercings. They lie and say it doesn’t. My industrial has a bump on it and may have to take it out. You can not see Angel take the piercings out the bag and we didn’t know if it was clean!!! And he rushes doesn’t even mark the ear or tell you if you’re not Eligible for the piercing. 0/10 would NOT recommend!!!

I don’t know what the negative reviews are for, I’ve gotten my nose pierced here twice and my tongue pierced. When a ball came off my tongue piercing they let me come back and get a new one for free. I don’t know what the piercer did but it hasn’t untwist ever since. I guess I always come when they aren’t busy cause I’m usually in and out in 5 minutes.

Angel is AMAZING! I was so nervous and uncomfortable when I first came in. He may come off the wrong way to some, but that's just because he is 💯. He is not going to just tell you what you want to hear. He is going to tell you the truth. I respect him and he is an amazing piercer! I 100% recommend everyone to come see Angel. (And they have amazing prices!) My piercing was painless. Props, Angel.

Being honest this was a great place , while waiting in the lobby you could see the professionalism of the staff courteous & friendly. My guy E-Jay was on point knew the sensitive nature I was asking & created a great design. I know some is thinking why not the 5 star rating well me being me that means perfection so in my eyes trust me they go above & beyond will do business there again. Shout out to the entire staff especially my guy "E-Jay" job well done.

Upon entrance they were very welcoming, customer service was amazing explained everything well and the over all process was great I’d say for tattoo and piercings I would recommend any one to go here have some great artist oh and I forgot to mention they offer micro blading here as well y’all go check them out I’m more than satisfied .

I was looking into going here for my piercing because it’s very close by and cost efficient. But the reviews about the rudeness of the staff and uncleanliness has turn me all the way off. I will take my request elsewhere and pay for quality service.

Walked in, not a great greeting. It was very straight to the point and awkward. After signing the waiver I was asked for my drivers license, gave it to them and I asked who to talk to about pricing and they pointed to the man. I then started a conversation about his ear piercings asking did he plan going up a size then he gave me flirty rude vibes, so I decided to leave 👎🏽Arkansas visitor but I won’t be back
