Really enjoyed and glad I found this tattoo shop. The owner and tattoo artist, Zac, was able to fit me in at a reasonable timeframe. (Used to waiting from 1-3 months to get tattooed by previous artists.) He was thorough and asking me what I wanted and where I wanted my new piece. He also suggested great feedback on how to maximize the view of my piece on my arm (continued sleeve work.) He was very professional and efficient (prepared the tattoo pattern beforehand, so we could start right away.) I will definitely be returning for more work. His technical skills and detail in the aftercare, showed me that previous artists weren’t as thorough. Thanks, Zac! You just earned a local customer!

Love this place !!!
Zac worked with me on my first tattoo in 18years, and did a fantastic job! We talked size, ink colors, placement, and he was thorough in walking me through the after care. This shop is conveniently located, and the staff I came into contact with are just awesome. His pricing is also MORE than fair, and he worked with me to set up a convenient time to come in.
This will be my go to place when I'm ready for my next one!

Awesome, was my 1st tattoo and Zack took care of me and walked me through everything. Came out clean and just how I wanted it. Definitely recommend whether 1st time or returning for more. Also does cover ups so if you got something you need "fixed" he's got it "covered". Thanks again Zack!

First time for me to get a tattoo. Zac did a great job at a great price. I would refer him to anyone. I won't go anywhere else.
Edit: It's been years since getting my tattoo. I've needed to get it touched up for a third time and everyone at the shop keeps telling me to try to come in later. It's a small tattoo and won't take very long but whatever.
Time and time again I'm told to wait or they can't do it. I was even told to come in on a Monday because it's their slowest day. I call Mondays and my artist isn't in (who is the only person allowed to touch up the tattoo.) I've tried being patient and reasonable. It seems the upfront experience is great but they just aren't interested in my continued business. I wanted more tattoos after this one is fully done but I guess I can go somewhere else after all.

Tattoos: I got a tattoo a little over a year and a half ago from Zac, and while I only have two tattoos, it’s definitely my best quality tattoo.
Piercings: More recently I came in here to be pierced by Scottie. She is very sweet, and is welcoming of all questions and contact across her socials. I really appreciate her using the internally threaded piercing, seeing as I had two prior piercings with corkscrews that swelled horribly, and caused the jewelry to sink through the piercing. As someone who already had a belly button piercing, I knew the importance of tightening the jewelry daily, and have had no problems!

I have got all of my tattoo from Zac there and he is amazing. All of my tattoos are really good! Yesterday i got a cross and it looks amazing everyone has been giving me compliments about it. He also does great prices! Id recommend Better Tattoo to anyone who wants to check it out!

I went yesterday to get a pretty big piece on my arm. Not only did Zac listen to exactly what I wanted, he nailed the tattoo. It's gorgeous & I love it. He's very professional & pays attention to detail. I'm going back for a couple more pieces in the future & I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

I absolutely love this place! I got my first four tattoos here six years ago and just got my fifth last night. Extremely clean shop and love the staff! Zac is very attentive and patient helping you decide exactly what's right for you. Can't wait to go back for my next one! Oh, and it didn't hurt at all :)

I had my first tattoo done at A Better Tattoo, and I couldn't be happier with my tat. Zac, the tattoo artist, was super cool, gave me a great price, and! He did a great job with the tattoo and I will definitely be going back to him for my next tattoo! I went to a variety of tattoo shops to talk with artists, and price tattoo's before I got mine and I would very highly recommend Zac at A Better Tattoo above other overpriced, egotistical tattoo artists!

Just left A Better Tattoo and I must admit that I was nervous at the beginning but, Emma and Zac made me feel very comfortable. I absolutely love the new tattoo that Emma did. And she was very compassionate about my situation. This place is AWESOME and I highly recommend it even if it’s the first tattoo that you get or the last one! Thanks guys you’re the best!
