A Better Tattoo

The walked in with my fiancee and the guy I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional. I asked if walk in's were welcome and he said no you have to book an appointment which wasn't a big deal but the unprofessional part and what left me very confused is he told me what I was wanting to get which was not very big but had a little detail and color was gonna be 160 which I was thinking was a little high but then he said my fiancee's would be around the same price and it's very little detail and no color but about the same size. Dont understand the logic. If someone does please enlighten me. I have several tattoos. And I've been to a couple shops and know an artist and I kinda know how they gauge the pricing and what he was telling me just made no sense.

Went in to a get a fairly simple tattoo. The artists seemed nice and they're probably very talented. I will never know. Because the price they quoted me was absolutely ridiculous. They quoted me OVER 200% of the price that EVERY other place I had gone to quoted me. My suggestion to anyone thinking of getting a tattoo soon is to check the place out. Again, they were nice and probably very talented. If money isn't an issue, this place might be for you.

In response 1: It was a tattoo with lettering. 13 letters. Less than a square inch per symbol. I was quoted at other places $145, $140, $130 and $120. It took 40 minutes to do. Just black. No detail. No shading. When I asked one of the artists at your shop, they told me they could probably do it for $250... I ended up going with the guy who said he'd do it for $120 and it was perfect. And anyone who reads my review will see that I only had one problem with my visit and had plenty of nice things to say. It just happened to be a very big problem. And in my opinion, an integrity issue. So no. I didn't only write a review based off of price. I based my review off of my experience. Which is why you received 2 stars. Instead of 1.

In response 2: I appreciate your response. If that's the case, it was obviously just a bad timing issue. Maybe if I had come in a week earlier, she would've done it for way too cheap. ;) Only joking. I will change my review and give the shop another shot. I'm looking to get several more in the near future. I didn't want to hurt your business by my review. I just wanted to inform people of my experience so that they might avoid the same. It was a bit shocking. I actually met someone at another shop when getting my new one who said they had gotten their last one from y'all and it looked really good. So I know y'all do good work. Sorry if my review seemed like an attack. It was not intended to.

First tattoo since I moved to Lewisville. Prices are great. Shop is super clean. Professional and respectable. Zac is dope.

This place is amazing.! Very clean environment, I went to get a nose piercing done yesterday and Scotti did a fantastic job! It was painless and quick. I’ll definitely return back to do more business here!
