To be honest, when I read all the reviews I was a little hesitant but decided to go either way. I love the way my tattoo came out, got a matching one with my best friend and it was absolutely beautiful. Staff is friendly & polite, we got there and it just took around 10 minutes to start getting our tattoos. I did not get her name but the girl there did our tattoo and Carlos helped me about planning for my next tattoo. Price was great too:)

Been going to Carlos for tats and Adrian for piercings since 2010. Carlos did my sleeve and a few other tats of mine and can't wait til he does my forearm tat next month. Will always go back for more cause his work is fantastic. Edit: The sloth is the newest tat he did a few months ago. Missing some color by the eye but only cause I got my arm caught on a garage door and it pulled off some skin a week after I got it done. Still healed great and love it still ❤️ Got the Hello Kitty tat in December of 2010 so over 10 years ago and still looks great. Carlos does an awesome job.

I can not express how happy and pleased I am with my final product. All the artists were friendly and very welcoming. I am ready for my next tattoo with Adrian. Although I just Got it on Wednesday, I have Received soooo many compliments. He did an outstanding job!!!

I got my septum pierced here. The lady at the front is kind of rude, but the piece was very nice. They use AWFUL quality jewelry however. I did not touch my piercing, and the ball on the end of my horseshoe came off with two weeks. I called to ask if the piercer could put it back on, and when I came in he just gave me a new ring to do it myself. I went home and eventually got a ball from the other ring on. A month later and the ball has fallen off AGAIN and will not go back on. I have a lot of piercings so I know good quality jewelry should not do that.

SUPER AWESOME! staff is nice, quick, & straight up. place is VERY clean & spacious. they show you the new needles & open them right in front of you. very professional & patient w sizing. they hold conversations with you to make you feel more comfortable. definitely 10/10!!!

The only good reviews on here are the 3 bad workers/owners that work there. This place is garbage. And the dude that works the counter is straight trash. He was lucky i didn't lose my cool. Dont come here. You will be disappointed.

I visited Octopus Ink for the first time on Sunday. My boyfriend made an appointment to get his 3rd tattoo. As soon as we entered the establishment we were acknowledged; even though all 3 artists were busy with clients. We sat and waited our turn and Carlos was quick to help as the time for the appointment came. Upon meeting him you find out quickly he's a no BS kinda guy. He made sure the tattoo was up to my boyfriends liking and quickly got to work; mind you they had been emailing and had already met another time to create the imagine my boyfriend was looking for.
They are very unique individuals that are going to be very honest with you, so those with soft skin I wouldn't recommend this place but for those of you that are looking to get a very unique creation these are the people I would talk to. Thank you so much Carlos for your great work! After meeting you, I can understand why he only trusts you to do his tattoos.

Highly professional, incredibly skilled! These bad reviews are practically people wanting to be pampered used to being treated as if they are at a spa fed with a silver spoon c’mon it’s a TATTOO PARLOR. All three artists are in their own way uniquely talented. Carlos is our artist absolutely love his ideas wouldn’t switch learned that the hard way. Soon as my piece is done I’ll post it!
