Extremely rude and rushing. The place is not sanitary, and my friend went in for a belly piercing and it did not come out as she expected it to. I called twice for hour questions and I got hung up twice.

Downside is the customer service. It is very obvious this is not their suit. You WILL feel ignored, uncomfortable, awkward, and as if you are in their way wasting their time. But you go for a tattoo, so if you have tough skin (figuratively speaking), I recommend this place.

This place is perfect if your a first timer, if your looking for piercings, or tattoos. Take note that they are first come first serve. their service which is outstanding in my opinion is one of the best places ive ever seen . I watched carlos tattoo a first timer and sat down to explain the process and work on the tattoo mock up with the kid(he was around 20 years old) like really took the time to make sure he felt comfortable and also understood that this was a forever piece of art on the kids body and after that the kid seemed to be a lot more comfortable. My artist was Adrian and honestly one of the best he pierced my nose and did my mother in laws tattoo beautifully and even after 6 more people came for piercings and i finally got on the table for my tattoo he was wonderful made sure i felt comfortable and got to work right away he kept up conversation alive. And just took the time to talk which is really important to me at least cause he was working on me for a good 2 hours. The girl laura i believe was on point funny and respectful to all from what i could see. All in all i would and will come back to octopus ink for more things in the future. Big props to the for working during covid also they let every person who got something done that the tools being used are clean and open them from the packaging infront of you. 10/10 absolutely amazing !!!

Would never step foot in that place again, three “artist” standing there, nobody wanted to do a simple sugar skull tat, recommend some other artist that comes in at 7....plus they we’re an hour late opening the shop on a Saturday. The female with green hair and piercings at the front desk was so rude and downright disrespectful. If I could put negative stars I would! -5

Came in and not even a “just a min I’ll be with you” I sat down and waited to see if someone could attend me. I noticed 2 people working there and none had a client, so I waited 10 minutes then decided to leave. VERY poor customer service.

The shop was clean. The artist, Laura, was very accommodating, patient and creative. She made awesome suggestions for my tattoo. She did a great job actually. Those who put 1-2 stars, I don't know why they gave only those but for me it was 5 and a half! Will recommend the shop to friends and I plan to have my future tattoos done there! Thanks Octopus Ink!

I had heard so many good reviews from this place and I'm pretty disappointed. I went in for two studs one per nostril. As I got marked for the piercings the piercer asked me if I was good with the placement, I noticed it was off and told him if he could correct it -which apparently landed on deaf ears because he pegged it to my nostril saying no nostril will ever be the same, no face is symmetrical, I get that, but get my piercings aligned. After feeling reassured that they were "aligned", no adjustment made as said just told me my nose didn't have a crevice, I got them done. In that moment I was pleased, I hadn't noticed the difference, up until I got home and smiled. The one I asked to be adjusted is definitely 2 cm off. Please PLEASE listen to your goddamn customer, overpriced and stubborn. Spent 40 and I'm gonna have to take it out and wait for it to heal, wasted my time and money.

They're really rude and lack customer service...I went to go get my piercing changed from a stud to a ring or whatever they could change it too because I didnt want it to close. I'm from out of town and wanted to change it for a wedding. I called in the shop to ask if they could change it and she gave me a price...I went, I waited for about 30mins or more, and the guy tells me he couldn't change it. He was pretty rude too. Wouldnt go back. Which sucks cause I thought the shop looked pretty sick.
