I would say rude. But I neglected advise that they were rude. Walked in, didn't even get a hello. Mind you, the place was empty with two artist standing around and what I suppose passes for a receptionist also standing around. Don't judge a book by its cover. I'm nearly fully covered but I dont look the part. if you don't pay attention to your potential clients, your skill is irrelevant.

Jim is an awesome artist, my daughters and I were in Hawaii and we decided to get matching tattoos to commemorate our trip and in memory of my late husband, Jim was very accommodating and had some great ideas!! If you are looking for a clean and professional tattoo shop Octopus Ink is the way to go! Also Jim has an awesome partner his name is poodle, he’s very sweet and friendly 😂

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My sister is here out of town for my wedding. She wanted to change her nose ring and had issues doing it on her own. She was afraid it would close and it was the only place open on a Sunday. She called to verify they could do it and get a price. Over the phone they told her yes, when she got there she had to wait an hour just for the guy to tell her he couldn't do it. Wasted her time. Their customer service is terrible, the guy was super rude.

Have done my research and got my tattoo done with Carlos. Straightforward and blunt, but this guy knows what he's doing. Tattoo came out badass and detailed. Don't care about attitude all I care about is the outcome. U pay for what u get, and can say that this is the place to go if u want good quality work.

This place lacks customer service and a good ambience. Person in front not very helpful and some of the thin lines on the artwork appear a little shaky. If you had the opportunity to get a better tattoo somewhere else do not hesitate to get it there. Overall it looks a little clean but I would try to dish out some extra money to get a tattoo somewhere else.

Reading some of these comments where people say that their staff is super friendly😂 Big LOL at that, they are Rude af! They have no customer service, I walked in, they didn’t even greet, I had to initiate the conversation. And the artist “had no time” to see if he could do my design.

I my cousin came in from out of town and I bought her here to get A tattoo. after my cousin paid Upfront for her tattoo we were treated extremely rude and hostile I tried getting my cousin in snap chat and one of the artists stating starting yelling extremely loud and ran up on me trying to see my phone I thought he wanted to fight

Workers are rude. Got a piercing and the bar is so small especially since u get swollen. $30 for it not worth it at all. Never going again just overall a bad experience
