(E) The owner contacted me explained the situation and rectified it.
Had an appointment for a piercing at 5pm today. 445pm they let 3 people back before me for piercings, overheard a lot of laughing and talking. They finished those people at 530pm. At that time the receptionist person told the lady someone just walked in, with no appointment but that I was waiting for my 5pm one. But they let the lady who didn’t make an appointment back before me. I didn’t get my piercing done until after 540. WHY LET ME SET AN Appointment at 5pm when you’re clearly not seeing me until nearly an hour after my scheduled time?

I've had my nipples pierced by technically 3 different artists and was hesitant to get them redone for a finally time after those experiences. I really wanted them so I came here and when I say I knew it was going to be a completely different experience by the way Sarah prepped, talked to me and took the time to make sure they were even was enough for me but the actual piercing itself was way less painful and so quick I am so happy I went through with it. She's absolutely hands down the best piercing artist I've experienced and I have over 12 of them!!!

Gina is awesome!!!! I have had 3 pieces done by her and very pleased with everyone of them. I got my last one about a week ago and I am already working on my next one after the new year! Place is great and clean and everyone is laid back and you feel relaxed and chill in this environment.
