Each time I’ve had to come in for service, it was quick. I had my tragus pierced on both ears about 2 years ago. I have lost the jewelry a couple of times and had to have new ones put in. Each time, I’ve been able to walk in, get serviced and walk out without having to wait a long time. The shop is very clean, I’ve watched them clean furniture in between clients or getting new gloves when touching something.

100% ADORE Sarah, and the sweet woman working the front desk. Very knowledgeable, and super funny. I didn’t expect to be laughing while getting a piercing… honestly I was super nervous and she made it a million times better than what I could have ever expected. A simple piercing appointment…turned into a great experience. Customer service was phenomenal. Highly recommend her services. She did a fantastic job!

If you haven't found this place yet and you love ink you need to go meet these people! Everything about River Rats will exceed your expectations! Cleanliness, professional, friendly and Unbelievable prices! Ladies you must see Anthony for his permeant make up! He did my lip liner and lipstick for more than half the cost I paid for at a 'specialty shop to get my eyeliner done (Anthony is fixing eyeliner work next week) and he can blend scars. This place is a true jewel that stands above the rest!
