I emailed Tracy at River Rat tattoos a week before I went in with "my idea" and he worked with me and had everything lined up for me for the day I was coming in. When I arrived Jason had everything ready for me, then I told them I had changed my mind and had a completely different tattoo. Jason was absolutely wonderful to me. He took my new tattoo idea, drew it up for me and had me ready to go again. I am so thrilled with the work that he did for me. My new tattoo was everything I had hoped it would be. Thank you to all of the staff who worked with me and entertained my cousins with their own ideas. And thank you Jason for my beautiful tattoo.

This is my fifth tattoo in the San Antonio (and surrounding areas) and Trevor at RRT did a an excellent job with my compass tattoo. I appreciate his attention to detail and making sure the tattoo placement was correct. It is at times like these when you find out your arm is shorter than the other, one clavicle bone brighter than the other, or in my case my navel is not properly centered with my mid-clavicular chest line .
I was charged under the quoted price, which is definitely a first in my tattoo journey. I'm a very family oriented individual so I naturally am now very fond of this shop. I would happily recommend to friends and family based on that and the quality of their work.

First time being here had an appointment at 10am showed up 9:45am to be early and prepared. 11am comes by no one shows up. Get a text 11:20am too see if im still coming in. Why would I come in to an appointment that's over an hour late.
Hard to find a good shop these days. Sorry guys one star for me.

Petra did my nipple piercings here and she was so amazing. She's so proffesional and she took the time to make sure everything was how I wanted it and the piercings are healing beautifully. I've come here for all my piercings and I'll definitely be back for more!
