I went in today to talk about why I couldn't stretch my ears past a 2g. By the time I walked out my ears were stretched to a 0 which I had tried to do myself for years. The staff were amazing and the piercer was so friendly and patient. I loved it.

The piercer lady was so nice and so professional, she double checked to make sure I liked the placement before I actually got it pierced. It was as painless as humanly possible.

I made an appointment last week for a dermal piercing (so the piercer could be prepared) i get a call just now that they have to cancel because ol girl doesn't have the tools! Why make appointments than?! If you're going to make it an option to make appointments then put aside the tools you need for said appointment!
Or tell people it's first come first serve , if you're limited on tools.
Then not to even try and reschedule or get the tools available.

They have a list of piercings they “do” but in reality don’t do anything but some basic ish.
Piercers don’t know how to do what they have listed as options and they just try sending you to their auburn or south center location. Don’t waste your time
Soooo effing frustrating ! I make an appointment last week to get a dermal done for today and I get a call that the girl doesn’t have the tools now to do so, that she ran out ! Don’t make appointments then . If you make a commitment to set an appointment then set aside the tools you need if you are limited ! Tryed giving this place a second chance and it’s trash . So done

Very little wait, quick for a walk in no apt needed, honestly the lowest price for the best quality.... Highly recommend them... The artist takes good care of you, hands down the best shop in town

Came here for the first time on a impulse for finally get the ears pierced ! Shelby was my piercer and she was super chill and answered all my questions. I got 6 at once she was quick but still very delicate and efficient. 10/10 highly recommend ✨

i get tattoos here and i have always loved the outcome of my tattoos. the tattoo artist has always been so nice and would make jokes. while he’s SUPER focused on making the tattoos as perfect as possible! i will ALWAYS come back for my tattoos!
