I got my first ever piercing today(normal ear piercing) and the 2 lady’s at the front were so sweet and the piercer was very experienced and was super patient which was good because I was really stressed, great service.

Pregnant lady working the register was so rude and asked me to step to the side when I was first at counter waiting to get piercing she didn’t even ask what could I be helped with she demanded I step to side and helped 3 customers and so I left because that’s poor service. Guess I have to go somewhere else . Wow never been so mistreated.

Not great, more expensive than most, wouldn't even let me in the room while my sister got her cartilage pierced. Considers third earlobe piercing a cartilage so it's way more expensive, not terrible, just enough little nitpicky things that are annoying and why I'm going elsewhere from now on.

They are very rude. Not helpful, sold me the wrong items after I told them what I was needing. When I brought it back they where very rude and slammed the door in my face said they are closing and all sales are finally. Don't sell people the wrong item then be disrespectful.Will not shop at a store that treats people like this. Then sells the wrong items.

Went in for piercings and the ladies were amazing. Went in second time for purchase and woman helping at register was rude, seemed annoyed and customer service was horrific. Wont be back for further purchases. Very unhappy.

So I got a tattoo here and was incredibly nervous but Adrian, who was who did my tattoo did a great job on it and after about a week my tattoo got slightly infected (which was my fault for not taking the best care of it) he looked at it and said how help and was just overall incredibly helpful and made some of my worries seem to just go away
