Super professional. I appreciate them being understanding and Super patient with me and all my concerns. I tend to be over dramatic.. lol.. especially when dealing with metals. I have a metal allergy and have been lied to in the past by other places, and had bad reactions.. so I'm a little paranoid and hesitant to believe the sells person. But something said your good trust them and I'm so glad I did . They were very helpful and informative. I won't go anywhere else to get pierced for sure! (Side note: BJP has NEVER sold me jewelry that has caused any allergy, I didn't want that to be read as of they had at any point)

Just got the other side of my nose pierced. Workers are very friendly and have great customer service. It was quick and easy. My piercer Shelby made sure I was fine with everything and comfortable. She made sure I left with what I wanted & that the piercing was symmetrical. Would definitely go there again.

I’ve gotten both of my nostrils done here by different Piercers And both were extremely kind and helpful about any concerns I had. The other staff that helped me with paperwork were also kind as well ! Always a good experience!

I tried to buy nose rings yesterday but the gal at the counter refused me service because I have a medical condition which prevents from being able to wear a facial covering safely. she said it was her boss's rules. I offered to take business outside of the store but she still refused. I reminded her of the laws which are supposed to protect me in this situation but she still refused. I was very upset and wanted to cry but she was more worried about "the owner's rules". I was discriminated against for my medical conditions!

The staff is very friendly and professional. Wonderful company! Loved my visit! Alexis assisted me in finding a beautiful set of jewelry for my needs- even took the time to show colorful alternatives to what I liked. She properly informed me of prices and other helpful information. Mia was my piercer; she naturally made me feel comfortable in her space and strategically measured my new piercings with my other earrings. Very informative, gentle, efficient, and quick. If anyone is looking for a quality body piercing shop with a wide selection and awesome staff this is the place, truly!

Super clean and friendly, they only do handpeircing and I've never had an issue with healing or infection. Incredibly high quality jewelry (surgical steel usually) and it's perfect for beginners. They will not let you make stupid peircing decision and thoroughly make sure you're confident in the decision. 10/10 perfect choice for peircings

I came in with my cousin to get tattoos and Adrian was really chill and informative. He was patient and it made me trust that it would look great. Which is awesome compared to my other tattoo experiences. He did a great job and the experience makes me want to go back for another tattoo lol.

Only 5 stars because of the piercer. The blond working the floor was rude and snarky. The piercer was sweet with my 16 yr old and made it fun. She was very fast took her maybe three mins from start to finish.

This place has the upmost amazing jewelry for your piercings and they are beyond great quality. I will no longer go ANYWHERE else for my studs
