The jewelry is cheap and they never have anything in my size. Register people are rude and they never have a problem helping someone else in the middle of helping ( or instead of helping) me 8/10 time I go there. It’s unfortunate that they have the largest variety of jewelry not found online but limit their sizes and customer service sucks.

Love this place, got my first and second tattoo here by Adrian. His tattoos are amazing and he’s very nice. I won’t ever go to anyone else for a tattoo.

Went in to go get my nose pierced & the piercer stabbed me 3 times on the inside of my nose then tried to play it off. Didnt ask where I wanted it, what jewlery, or if the location looked good to me. Piercing looks okay but the inside of my nose it cut up.

may 12 2018 to be exact, Raquel pierced my sister in law's nose and tongue, and everything was fine, then she pierced my tongue and as soon as she was done and i put my tongue in, i inmediately knew it was crooked as hell, i told her and i showed her, and "of course" she had to cover up by saying "oh is not, is just a long bar and i can repierced it again if you want me to, or next week when you come back to change your bar then we can put one for free"...i said no you aint piercing it again, and i said i know is crooked but ok. i hate when "artist make mistakes and they try to cover up instead of owing up to their mistakes, heres a picture for you guys to see...i did spent $60 dlls for nothing, i lost all that money... i did took it out once i got home. im going to go get it better somewhere else.

Got my nose pierced, The women was super nice, made me feel comfortable, gave me all the information i needed to know about cleaning, and size of piercing i should get after two month. I’d get another piercing from here again for sure!

Currently working on a sleeve with Adrian and I homestly couldnt be happier with how its heading. Almost every piece is custom and made to fit in woth the rest of the aesthetic of my sleeve. We are eeven currently working on fixing a really bad (in my opinion) and scarred up mandala that my sleeve is centered around. I refer everybody to him that asks me about my tattoos and carry extra cards with me to hand out. He's definitely has a returning customer in me.

This place is great, I've gotten my nose pierced here as well as all of my tattoos! The staff is always nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and I can't imagine going anywhere else

I scheduled an appointment like you're supposed to do. I paid the $50 deposit only to have them reschedule on me 3 times! Worst part is, if you cancel your appointment altogether, you don't get your deposit back. Very unfortunate and unprofessional.

went in to get my nose earing changed. when the girl at the front desk told chris i was waiting he yelled so loud at her that he was not doing anymore he was cleaning his tools. i was embarrassed for her and me. she said to come back in a hour. i came back in a hour and he said he would not be ready for another hour. the girls at the counter were very apologetic. i have had the female piercer and she was very nice and business oriented. i will never go to chris again. he is RUDE

Informative staff but way too expensive! Was looking to get my husband an orbital piercing from them only to find their cheapest motion for that was around $60! I could get on done at Claire's for half that!
