I have hundreds of hours of tattoo work. I've gone to the best around *the owner of Rockstar, Joe at the other zoes* etc. I used to believe in getting good work done by different good artists. That is until spencer started tattooing me. I will only get tattooed by spencer now! He is the best there is period. He can do anything you want and he does it well. He is the most talented artist I've ever seen. Not to mention he has to be the kindest person in the world. Spencer can do anything from a black and grey portrait to a bold colored flower and everything in between. He has no limits and he gives five star quality on any style of tattoo work you'd like.
