Overall great experience, nothing negative to say. Staff is friendly and transparent about all of their prices and policies. Very communicative and cool about scheduling / accommodations.
My piercer was incredibly talented and knowledgeable. I know it sounds silly, but really, I hardly felt anything and am super happy with the placement and healing so far. Will totally recommend this place to friends in the future. Also recommend very much this place for womxn / queer folks due to staff being extremely inclusive and kind.

I absolutely loved the experience! Salome was so kind, patient, and explained the process well. I got my lobe and tragus done and was done swiftly and minimal pain. I didn’t even feel the tragus and the lobe had a bit of a sting. Overall, great experience with the piercing and staff. I would go again for future piercings. The only downside is the lack of options in jewelry selection. Their selection was limited.

I went into to get my lobes pierced again, and my pierced was an absolute gem. She was kind, attentive, listened to all of my question (even the dumb ones!) and offered her help in case anything looked weird in the coming recovery days. The shop is one of the coolest I’ve seen, with an awesome rustic interior. I highly recommend coming here to get piercings done. I know when I’m ready for my next tattoo, I’m coming here! This place was amazing such a great and friendly staff and the atmosphere was inviting. This was my first tattoo experience so I was incredibly nervous but I had the great opportunity to have Ben as my artist. Ben is the greatest! A true artist that took my design and brought it to life exactly how I had pictured it. What an amazing job I’m so incredibly happy with my experience with this team.

Made an appointment for septum pierce. Was told my nose was different and wasn't sure if I should get it pierced. Can't remember what the lady name was but she went ahead and pierced my nose and said she felt confident. When she put the jewelry on she didn't feel confident and took it out and said I need to go to a more experienced piercer
