Would definitely recommend this place. Very nice staff. My husband and I both got tattoos from Jay after seeing his work on Facebook. We were so impressed with his work. I was getting my first tattoo and he made me feel comfortable and I felt like he really listened to what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. You can tell the staff enjoy each other's company. Highly recommend!

So I did a walk in on an extremely busy day unfortunately waiting a long time , but that’s on me for not making an appointment, but once I got to my tattoo artist, Zack, he was so so appreciative for us waiting ! HE WAS AWESOME and super funny . My best friend and i loveeeee our matching tattoos. So I don’t even care about the wait . We had a experience. One I’ll never forget

I came one day in June to get my nose pierced. It was the first piercing I had ever gotten (besides my ears as a baby). I was super nervous and shaking lol but the lady made me feel better about it and it was done in seconds. Almost painless! And then she told me everything I needed to know and was super helpful. The other staff members were very nice also! Everything is really clean and professional and there are TVs and couches where you can relax at. I will DEFINITELY come back here if I ever want another piercing or get my first tattoo :))

Absolutely great! The wife and I had a mini vacation in Pensacola and decided to get yet another matching tattoo. Evan was very patient with us moving from the, "we want matching tattoos but don't know what yet" stage to picking something. His work turned out really clean and is the best healing tattoo I had done. Pricing is on par with other shops. Only complaint is that they have you pay and tip upfront.

Keira did a piercing for my daughter and sister in-law. She is awesome! Very nice, very professional and extremely personable. Great establishment I would recommend it to anyone wanting a piercing.

Once you come here you never wanna go anywhere else! They do a bangin job every single time, amazing work and fairly priced. Kayleen did this one and it's perfect, they are all great there. GO GET SOME INK!

My friend and I came in to get some piercings done. It was our first time there and I missed the woman’s name that did our piercings. She was an older Asian woman that was so cool and so easy to work with, we absolutely loved her and how comfortable it was to be around her. She’s so professional and chill that we both couldn’t stop talking about her after the fact (even in the pain we were lol). The entire shop is super chill and lowkey. It was our first time coming there and we’ll def be returning :)

2nd addition bc I couldn’t leave another review- I came in after a terrible day a couple of months ago, my mental health was terrible and I just wanted something new (impulsivity at its finest). The individual that pierced me (I got my nostril pierced) was so kind that I ended up crying in my car after the fact, I swear it was like she knew I needed some kindness and she went above and beyond to give me just that. I can’t remember the piercer- but I do remember she was blonde and repeatedly complimented my nose shape and told me at least 6 times that my piercing would look amazing on me. It’s been almost a year now and thinking back on how this piercer went so far out of her way to be kind to me, even though I’d never expressed what I was going through, makes me smile.

I called ahead to make sure they carried piercings that were nickel-free and the staff were very helpful. I came in later that day for a naval piercing and was happy to find that everyone was so nice! Josh did my piercing and he was very informative about the process and how I should take care of it. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends! I may even come back once I get the guts to get my first tattoo!

Would not recommend. I visited this shop in July to receive two forward helix piercings. I was a first time customer and will not be returning. I felt that the whole experience was rushed and all the piercings were ‘in and out’ asap. You fill out your form and pay beforehand- including tips. I put down that I have a nickel allergy and I’m not sure if my jewelry was nickel free as they said. Anyway, I was pierced by a lady who didn’t introduced herself just had everything out on the table ready and then she marked my ears- I checked everything seemed okay. I was pierced and she told me to take a sheet of paper with aftercare instructions on the way out. I felt that I got more respect when I was COVID tested than my time at the shop. After I got home I looked at my ear and noticed that my top piercing was pierced at an angle and missed the mark that she made. The back of my piercing was almost completely visible. I thought it was due to swelling but no, it was pierced incorrectly. My piercing had a hard time healing. I noticed as time went on my piercing became more and more shallow. I knew it was coming out so on my way back to the shop, I tried untwisting the ball to take out my piercing- because it was coming out regardless. On twisting the ball, the piercing was so shallow it ripped right out of my ear!!!
