I’ve gotten three tattoos and one piercing here and haven’t had one bad experience! Josh the piercer and Frank my tattoo artist were so kind and patient and did a great job!

My husband & I brought our daughter in for a septum piercing. We were celebrating her 16th bday. What an excellent experience! Cut to, her piercing healed beautifully & she loves it! I recommend your shop to everyone!

Paid deposit and showed up to my appointment as scheduled. Manager said that the artist was ill and alluded to a drug problem. I gave it time and came back two weeks later. They refused to refund my deposit but said they could transfer to another artist. I requested another artist and they also said he was out alluding to a drug problem. I asked for my money back and they refused. Manager tried to give me a lecture about how the artists are contractors and i was downplaying their medical issues, began to talk about how he fought for this country also… completely turning everything around on the customer. I told them I wasn’t coming back and that they should consider not hiring drug addicts. The manager replied, “ welcome to the tattoo industry”.

They truly don’t care that they are endangering people’s health and that they employ addicts who take your deposits and go on binges.

Josh did my nose piercing. He was GREAT!!! Very informative. He did a flawless job piercing me and he has a very calming presence. No issues whatsoever. I've had piercings done other places, but I would recommend him to anyone. 5 stars!

Walked in understanding that all the artists were booked and only 1 person was taking walk-ins. We were ok with that, other than there was no communication for how long we would be there, the price of any tattoos we were wanting, and the fact that no one cared at all. We waited over 4 hours… for it to finally be our time to… to being called… to talking about tattoos and prices, to turn around and say that an “appointment magically walked in” and completely threw us to the side. After waiting over 4 hours and literally about to do the first tattoo to say we have to wait another 1-2 hours… the person who was doing walk-ins had no appointments all day but magically had a friend come in and had an appointment… horrible place and horrible service. DONT GO.

i’ve gotten 6 ear piercings and my septum pierced here, and it’s difficult to get that done correctly and straight, but the people here are so skilled! I’ve heard so many horror stories but don’t worry if you choose to go here. They always mark the spot and have u go look in a mirror if you want it adjusted. they clean and sanitize right in front of you and have you take deep breaths. I cant go to any other place than All About Ink for piercings. also a HUGE selection of jewelry as well for very cheap!

This was my first tattoo. I was really nervous and had several ideas of what I wanted, but couldn't draw it out to make one piece. The staff was awesome. They let my friend and I use the computer to pick out the perfect fonts for her wording and for me to explore anything I might want to add. The entire staff was talking to us and cracking jokes-which eased my nerves. Heather was my tattoo artist and she was incredible. She took my 3 designs and made them into exactly what I wanted. She made multiple stencils for me to make sure I liked the placement. She was patient and made sure to talk to me to keep me calm during the process. Also, the shop was very clean. Everything was packaged and everyone wore gloves. It's been a week and mine is healing beautifully. I will definitely go back.

This shop is amazing! they have a Wonderful staff that is friendly and helpful. I love that they have iPad for each artist to display their work, it makes it super easy to view an artists work and know what they specialize in. I recommend this shop all the time to people.
