All About Ink

My son and I decided to get a matching tattoo this weekend during our visit to see him in Pensacola, as he is in the Navy. Let me just say, S-1 at All About Ink did an absolutely awesome job. He listened to our specifications and turned around a great piece that I was able to go back to Texas and be proud of, and they matched! Although S1 prefers to do non-color, he still knows how to do it, and do it right. The rest of the folks there were fantastic and fun to sit and talk with. They even put up with, and enjoyed my two German Shepherds I had to keep outside while we got the work done. Even set up a fan for them to keep 'em cool. Thank you so much S1 and crew...

I got a tattoo from Lara. She has become my fave tattoo artist. Easy to talk to and does beautiful work. The other artists were really friendly and it just made a great vibe overall.

If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. When I walked in there was a girl and guy behind the counter. The girl was helping someone. Never have i ever felt so uncomfortable going into an establishment all eyes were on me as if I wasn’t supposed to be there. The girl stopped helping the couple and asked “how can I help you” (with attitude). After telling her what I wanted she looked at a piece of paper that had times and barely any names on it. And said her next appointment wouldn’t be until a hour and a half later.(I called before going and was told a piercer was there and available) I could have waited but instead went to a different piercing shop and had an amazing experience. So long story short if you’re black this is not the place for you.

Got my septum pierced by Mel and couldn’t be happier with my experience! She immediately put me at ease and made the entire process enjoyable. Was extremely happy with the results, and would definitely go see her again for any piercing needs!

Took my daughter there for her second tattoo. Chino did another amazing job. The other tattoo artists were very friendly.

Melanie was gr8 with my nose piercing! She eased my discomfort and worry!! I'll definitely go back to her for another piercing!!!

Visited again on Sun, 5/8, and Josh took care of my older sister, younger sister, and I. He was knowledgeable and patient with us. He was extremely careful with the new piercings and changing of jewelry for our other piercings.

Staff and artist are all great! Walked in for 3 tattoos and a piercing, and they immediately started accommodating each of us, very relaxed environment. The quality of their work is unbeatable!

Chris was amazing!!! Funny, outgoing, made you laugh the whole time even while (I hate pain) it hurt!! Made the process super comfortable and fun! Highly recommend him!!

Went in for my first tattoo as a walk in by myself, I already looked at the portfolios of all the artists during a previous visit. I requested for Leah and Jay but they were unavailable at the time so I got the first available, Zach. After I found out he was my artist, I double checked his portfolio just to make sure his line work was good and it seemed alright. He was nice and friendly when we started talking but once we got to his station and he put the stencil on, it felt like it went downhill. Majority of the time he was talking/ venting to coworkers about stuff while stopping tattooing multiple times to do so. Idk if that’s “common” or not but it sure didn’t feel like he was paying much attention to my tattoo, and maybe once or twice making conversation with me. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I acknowledged while also getting a first tattoo by myself that had significant meaning to me. Afterwards he showed me the tattoo and said it was perfect and it matched the picture. I just agreed and said “thanks, have a good week” just so that I could get out of there since I was so out of my comfort zone and I was by myself. Not until I was on my was home did I truly realize how off it looked. The line work is blotchy and the symbol in the middle isn’t even solid/colored in nor does it match the original image. I paid on the upwards end of $200 for it and I’m extremely upset with the outcome. The only positive thing I got from this experience was that I was extremely invested in this medieval Irish book i was reading for 3 hours in the waiting area.
