I am so late on this review but I cannot hype Mel up enough! I went in to get my septum pierce on in impulse (much like every other decision I make) and I was expecting the worst. I walked in, was greeted immediately and took to the back once I filled out the paperwork. She made it seamless and easy and absolutely painless. She made me feel better about my eyes absolutely pouring and made the conversation flow to ease my nerves. My next impulse piercing WILL be done by her and I will always recommend her. Thank you Mel and the team at AAI!

The lady that pierced my nose was very pleasant. In fact everyone was nice . I'm from Alabama but I'm going to cone back to get my tattoo and next piercing

Went here for a Daith piercing. The guy at the front helped us first and was friendly and knowledgeable. We got in immediately even though there were several other people there for tattoos and piercings. Shop was large and clean. Everyone was super friendly and the tattoo portfolios looked awesome. Mel pierced me, she was super friendly and knowledgeable and great at her job. Barely felt it and it was super quick! ❤️💕I love it and will be going back for more piercings and tattoos for sure! They also sell smoke odor candles and spray and jewelry and such

The shop was clean and everyone was nice. My lady and I got a few ear piercings and a nose piercing. Josh made this an enjoyable experience! He made us laugh the entire time, and we are very satisfied with our piercings.

Gotten tatted up by Jason Pipes 4 times now, getting ready for number 5, full chest piece, soon! Guy absolutely hooks it up, keeps the conversation flowing, and has some of the cleanest lines, and great artistic skills I've seen; asked him if I could come in, and not even two hours later I had started new ink, from a drawing made from scratch! Absolutely recommend checking out @thepensacolastrangler on Instagram, and get some work from this guy!
Not to mention the welcoming vibe from everyone there, all walking around when they can, checking out who's getting work done, throwing on some good music or a sweet movie!

I asked for small butterflies behind my ear, but they ended up being so big and thick that they go down to my neck. The tattoo was absolutely horrible, the lines were so thick you can barely Make out the shape. I'm currently getting tattoo removal treatments that have cost me over $1,000 so far to get a $150 tattoo removed. I will never recommend this place.

I have now been to see both piercers, Josh and Mel. Both are absolutely wonderful people who were excellent in communication and skill. I refuse to go anywhere else for a of my piercing needs.

hey :D so one of the artists here, jason pipes, used to give me amazing tattoos from his house. when i was 15 about a year ago i got my first one in his bedroom. he is such a talented artist! but i came here recently and got a tattoo from him now that he’s in a studio and i’m sad to say the ink became infected. :/

Got an industrial piercing on my right ear. Seems it was done well and the piercer was good and knowledgeable, was able to answer all of my questions. Haven't gotten a tattoo so I can only recommend the piercings at this time.
