The Jam. I got 3 tattoos here and one more is getting drawn up as we speak. I've also brought people here for the same. Super cool staff, great artists, and overall good atmosphere. Lara is 6 stars and basically a superhero so give her all the moneys.

Part of my family and I came to the area for vacation and decided we wanted to go get tattoos and piercings. We googled places and after calling a couple different places, they were the only ones without an attitude over the phone so we decided to go there. We had an AMAZING experience. We all were helped by different artists and every single one of them were amazing and completely welcoming! Spectacular service!!

my mom & i came in for a small upper rib tattoo with james. he was super friendly & took his time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted :) ALL of the workers there were very friendly & welcoming also!!! definitely would recommend going here, they have very good customer service & quality!!

They are very nice and clean. Everyone was nice and very talkative. Enjoyed the atmosphere they put off. I will be back. So far one of the best for cover-ups I think.

Chino was excellent!! He covered an old tattoo that i really didn’t like with a beautiful rose The tattoo is beautiful! Cool staff! nice & friendly.

I waited 7 months to make this review because I was waiting to see if my piercing would ever heal. I had gotten an industrial, pierced by a tall white man with dreads, not sure what his name is. I instantly knew it was not done properly. Not the right angle, too deep in my ear, and too close to my hairline. I got other professional piercers opinions on this and they also say it was done incorrectly. Nevertheless, I did everything I could to try to make it heal. I used the healing spray, I did sea salt soaks, and I was gentle with it. But because of it being pierced incorrectly, it was constantly infected and never healed so I eventually had to end up taking it out. I went to all about ink because I heard it was one of the best places in town, but I am very disappointed
UPDATE: I came back to this place 2 more times after this incident, and this time I was pierced by both Mel and Kiera. They were amazing! I am changing my review from a 2 star to a 4 star. If you come here, MAKE SURE to request either Kiera or Mel. They know what they're doing and are very kind
