i’ve been there for three of my tattoos so far and will continue to go! vince is a great tattoo artist, and was super nice to me each visit! shop is super clean and the way they’re handling the pandemic is super respectable

The owner ruined my leg! If you want professionals that are kind and make you feel like your the one who matters and not the money, dont go here. He picked a picture from Google, I liked though and decided to continue with it. He was supposed to add black and white flowers to my previous tattoo, the first petal looked great, but in the end the flowers were so dark and never lightened up. When I went in the second time I confessed my concern with the tattoo he blew it off and when i told him I didn't want to continue he literally threw a fit and walked away. He kept my down payment and did nothing to try and make things right. I thought I would have to get it removed but Luckily I found exile tattoo where he was able to cover up the ugly black flowers with amazing colorful flowers. The black from the flowers previously still shows through because they were so dark but he was able to make it fit into the new flowers and make it look it was meant to be there.

Sean does fantastic work and it’s a really laid back environment. Everyone is really cool and friendly. You basically just chill and watch tv while he does his thing. Worth every penny.

Had my first tattoo with Big Al. I was super scared, and all the guys kept engaging in whitty banter to calm me down. They even let my hubby come in and hold my hand and talk to Big Al while they were working.
I can't say I am "addicted" to ink yet, but I am definitely thinking of another one!! BUT ONLY if Headless Hands' Artists do it! I really can't say enough awesome stuff about the entire staff, the cleanliness, and the professionalism that all of them displayed.

I have gone to Justin at Headless Hands several times now, and every time is a great experience! He is very nice, excellent to work with and comes up with very unique designs. The shop is very clean and professional. I highly recommend!

I was not even greeted when I walked in, they could care less about my business. Very Poor customer service, staff is unknowledgeable had no clue how to do a cover-up. I went to another shop and they did an amazing job covering my old tattoo and was quoted a way better price, do your research there are definitely better tattoo shops out there who have the customers best interest in mind.
