I recommend this place to get a tattoo. I would give it way more than 5 stars if I could. The place was very clean and the artists were very friendly. I was very comfortable getting my 1st tattoo there. Devon was my tattoo artist and he did an amazing job on my 1st tattoo! He was very patient with me and took his time. Not only did he do an amazing job on the tattoo he went out of his way to make my surprise birthday special and was able to give my best friend a matching tattoo who flew In from San Diego just to get a tattoo with me! Thank you Devon for making my birthday great!!

I had a tattoo done here. It came out alright although there are a few things I don't like about it. These guys are unprofessional. In the middle of my tattoo, the artist kept answering the phone and greeting customers because the owner decided to screw around in the back room instead of working. It pissed me off. Why does an artist have to do the owner's job while he is in the middle of doing a job??? It made him forget a period after an initial on my arm and he made the rest of the outlines too thick and dark so the tattoo is uneven. The stars are also not sharp on the points and wobbly...
I also notified my artist I would like ADDITIONAL work and he never followed up with me...jeez...money on the table and no follow up...guess they don't need the money...
I think that once you get a tattoo, a week or two later the artist should call you and ask you how it is healing and does it need any touch-ups...but this never happened.
Because I got a vintage tattoo, I decided to leave it alone and if I get it fixed, I will go to Electric Chair tattoo...they followed up with me within three days of receiving my design. Once I get my cover-up done, I will give them a review as well...
Be careful when you pick a tattoo shop and artist...the design will be on your skin forever. A competent person and reputable shop should be your choice...

Stopped by Thursday for a consult with Big Al. He happened to have an opening the next day, and he had a great design ready to go. Nice atmosphere, all the guys were friendly, and Big Al delivered with great artistry.

UPDATE: My tattoo is amazing and beautiful! Justin did such a great job and was super patient w. me since I had not experienced a long sitting like that before (5 hours). I HIGHLY recommend this shop!!!
So far, my tattoo artist has been very accommodating in our initial meeting. I am excited to come back and see the final art and get my tattoo. The establishment is clean and organized. So cool!

I was very impressed with Justin at Headless Hands Custom Tattoos. He was very clean, professional, relaxed, and respectful. He also calmed my nerves and made the whole tattooing experience smooth and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend him!

Justin is by far the best tattoo artist that I have ever come across. He took my vague ideas and asked for details to figure out the essence that I was going for, and he turned it into a design that was better than I could have imagined. A true artist with immense skill, craft, and creativity. He brought my tattoo to a new level with watered-down black ink (distinct from gray) to create a very cool metallic sheen effect on a sword in my tattoo. He was quickly responsive over email, very professional, and super friendly.
The shop overall was of the top standards for cleanliness, safety, and professionalism. I will be recommending Justin and the Headless Hands shop to all of my friends and family.

Staff was friendly, understanding, and all around nice guys. Place was super clean and had a good feeling to it. My artist, Vince, was super understanding and really helped walk me through my decision to make sure I got the best possible outcome. I love my tattoo, Vince did excellent work, and it turned out perfectly.
10/10 I loved this place and if/when I get another tattoo idea stuck in my head, I'm definitely going back. I'm for sure going to recommend to all my friends and coworkers that want tattoos.
