Love my tattoo. Amazing atmosphere and staff. Got my first tattoo that required shading, literally went to sleep, my artist worked with such a light hand, two hours felt like 30-45 min. Going back this weekend for my next. Highly recommended.

Honestly the second star is only because of Larocca, that dude is super talented and is cool with his customers. As for the rest of the shop, it’s STUPID over priced, upwards of $300 for something smaller than palm sized. The artists don’t seem to care too much about what you’re doing and I overheard an artist tell a customer “who cares how your tattoo heals, we’re going to have to touch it up anyway because after I tattoo this it’s gonna look like shit when it heals”. Not to mention I got there at 2 when they opened, watched people who came in after me served immediately and was told I couldn’t be tattooed til 5 o’clock when I was told I would be tattooed twenty minutes after I finished signing paperwork. Super disorganized, horrible customer service, and way overpriced considering you can get far better work done in the area for much less. I’m not one to look for bargain tattoos, I value my tattoos enough to pay a lot of money but not when the work is subpar. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

Made an appointment and sent photo of the tattoo i wanted 5 weeks prior to appointment day. I asked them to recommend the best new school artist and that is who i contacted. When the appointment day came, i drove 2 hours to be told that he "was not comfortable" doing new school that wasnt exactly like the picture (i wanted to change a small part of the tattoo). I would think if you work for one of the top tattoo artists in the country then you would have your stuff together. He did not have the tattoo drawn up, his computer wasnt charged, and the printer wouldnt work. Will not be going back. Such a disappointment..

I didn't want to write a negative review but the longer I sit and think about my experience the more i feel i should. The young lady helping all who walked in.... great! Super nice and helpful. She is the reason for those 2 stars! Now in regards to my tattoo artist: James.... Let me just say I have a lot of tattoos and have never posted a review. But to me the worst thing is dealing with someone who seems to totally despise his job or find your tattoo to be "not cool enough to do". I tried to make small talk... which he didnt seem to care for BUT, then to mess up on my tattoo.... I defended this shop to a walk in asking how he knows if the work here is good. I said dude- its oliver peck's shop, everyone here will be worthy. Guess I jinxed myself. My tattoo was done too deep and not to mention the random dot above my tattoo that was ignored until I said... um is that a dot? ( which i still have because I didnt want to make lining so thick to correct his mistake) I am just over all disappointed. I will have to pay more money to get someone to fix this tattoo. I understand they tattoo every single day, but remember those of us walking in to get a tattoo, we are excited.. we shouldn't be belittled because its "not the artist's thing" or "getting all the small tattoos."

Walked in memorial weekend and Phillip tattooed my fiance and I. I was so pleased with his preciseness and smooth glide I asked if he would fix one on my finger. He reset and did that for me right then. As most places are he was concerned with the ink overtime and placement of everything for best result and he was informative about post op care. Great, painless experience if you can believe that...and I was prepared to cry like an infant.

Super fun, 1/2 our group did the gumball machine and it was so much fun. It is always very very busy but 9/10 they'll get you in!

very rude as soon as we walked in, was not welcoming or helpful. super sarcastic while trying to explain the font i wanted. awful customer service

The artists here are narcissistic. Beware. Many better artists and with better attitudes in DFW. The 4+ rating they have comes from the drunk patrons that visit the shop past midnight after too many libations. Beware if you are serious about your tattoo and it's not a late night drunken decision.

Got myself a custom Oliver Peck tattoo, I love it, and Oliver was not only extremely professional, he was one of the most genuine and cool guys I have had the pleasure of meeting. Oliver you are a National Treasure, love you dude.

Nice people. The price was more than i expected. It was 150 for a simple tattoo. Plus their minimum recommended time tip amount was 15% so it was 180 for a 20 minute tat.

But i suppose prices are just higher since my last one five years ago.
