Poor customer service Long wait time No restroom

Had just come in for a walk-in. Woman at the front was kind in waking us through the process as there were 2 customers ahead of us when my sister needed to use the restroom (which they did not have, just heads up)
She went next door to use the bathroom which she told the woman at the counter and she said that’s fine.
However, she failed to tell us that if we left, we would be at the bottom of the list, even after submitting the waiver and what we had initially wanted. When we returned, several large groups had entered, going through the wavier process.
After waiting 30 minutes, we had noticed a larger group go ahead of us even though we had been there earlier. When asked about what was going on, the woman at the front just shrugged and said sorry.

This experience was extremely disappointing and I will not plan on returning to this tattoo parlor in the future.

I went in to get a quote on a tattoo and had visited several other shops around Dallas and hadn’t found one that I liked until I came here. I walked in and was greeted at the door with friendly faces and was immediately introduced to a lot of the artists. They looked at my Inspiration and drew it up right away and they also were willing to work with my budget. Overall great people, great shop, and after getting my tattoo I was thrilled with the final result. I have definitely found my go to place for any future tattoos.

So. Everything was great, including the pricing & art. However- the brunette with glasses who "greets" you and gives you unreasonable pricing... I would certainly consider bad for business. She was rude every single time I talked to her and even when I went to leave. This place should definitely consider a replacement for whatever she even is. She made me feel like I should take my business elsewhere. Luckily I didnt; my tattoo turned out amazing. All of the artists there seem just as amazing. Need new "receptionist/order taker" is my ONLY foul complaint. Thank you to everyone else!!

Oliver and staff are always great! My wife and I have gotten multiple tattoos here and each one was excellent! Great artists and desk people are always super helpful.

Im changing my rate because the shop reached out right away. Pat reached out to me and set up a time for me this Thursday.
Pat was professional and worked well with me to give me the tattoo I wanted. The tattoo turned out badass. So if you ever want to get a tattoo at Elm Street, reach out to Pat you won't be sorry.

I set up an appointment with one of the artist. I put a $100 down to secure the time spot. The artist quit and the shop will not refund the $100 or help book another appointment. They let me know that I would to go on their site and try to get another appointment. I have gone on the site 3 different time for 3 different artists and have heard nothing back from any of them. The shop doesn't care.

Called for a quote and the lady on the phone had no clue how to help.

I refrained my question and she literally said: „I don’t know, how much does a bag of groceries cost?“

Funny answer but on the rate of customer service; a no go! Sorry but not a recommended place!

Mark did a great job on my most recent tattoo. Can’t say enough great things about this place. Worth the wait time. As a guy that has had several tattoos, I’ve always walked out of this place with some of the best results. Hats off to Mark Galvan, for his thorough understanding of what makes a customer happy! Looking forward to round two! Thanks again!

I called ahead for a walk in on 8/2/20 and was taken care of without issue. When I arrived to the shop, the gentleman at the front desk was not very welcoming and was rude to people over the phone.

James did my tattoo and did a great job. I have no complaints with his work, but he was not very professional. He did not seem to take much interest in my business. I emailed James directly and messaged via Instagram for over two weeks asking for an appointment to start work on the color. I received very limited or vague responses over the course of two weeks.

Very unprofessional staff - they do not seem to value their customers business at all. Will not go back.

My sister-in-law and I were getting matching tattoos and we were both first timers. They made us feel at ease and did and amazing job. We are both so happy with our tattoos!
