Couldn’t even take time to quote a tattoo, very poor customer service. Not interested in working with people, Patrick carmack sees a tattoo and runs. They take days at a time between responses. Wouldn’t bother wasting time here despite all the 1 star reviews.

Went in for my first tattoo..i knew what I wanted but didn't have any knowledge to go off of..Bryan Black was great in every way! He was very informative and made sure I didn't make a decision I'd regret. The people here are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and look after their clients. Don't go anywhere else for your first tattoo!

Came in for a simple tat.... Had to wait a couple hours but didn't mind at all (they were slammed and short staffed). Everyone made me feel right at home and I felt they would get me In as soon as they could. They let me leave and go walk around, as soon as I returned I was ready to go. Mark did my tattoo and it was everything I wanted. All around fantastic experience, definitely worth the wait!

Came in with a reference for what I wanted, asked the artists in the shop who would I be referred to if I wanted the tattoo I requested. They glanced at it and were silent and walked away. Bryan walked up and handed me his card, gave a fair quote, and replied to an email about setting an appointment after some time.

Update: I was responded to. Was also informed that it was indeed busy and the artist needed time. Received a disrespectful follow up email, I don't really know any tattoo shops that attack potential customers. All around a confusing experience and not like any regular tattoo shop I've been to.

I showed up with a decent piece of art to get tattooed and said I was open to artist interpretation. The workers and artists were rude and short with me. Instead of them taking the art and letting their creativity flow, they gave me an email address of an artist. When i emailed him, I received no response. They were totally unprofessional, leaving me waiting at the counter for over 15 minutes even though there weren't any customers in there at the time. I've turned away many possible customers from your studio and I will continue to do so. Totally overrated. Thanks for your time or lack there of it. Have a nice day.

Friendly staff, that was able to take me and my wife as a walk-in. Reasonably priced with excellent artists.

Was visiting Dallas for one day. Called ahead to see about walk ins. Waited juat a little while. Joe (not Josh) was my artist . He was very nice. He is a great artist. A little higher priced but seems good quality, clean, and super nice guy.

Being a fan of Inkmaster, it was pretty surreal to travel from Australia and be able to be tattooed here. The atmosphere was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. I was fortunate enough to walk in and have my tattoo done by Lindsey Carmichael. Absolutely thrilled with the results. Many thanks to the staff who made my visit memorable, and sincere gratitude to Lindsey for being so awesome.
