I had really wanted my consultation done for my two helix piercings and it was canceled because I mentioned in the details when booking about my piercings not being properly healed. Since they weren’t healed I couldn’t change my jewelry so no consultation. Lucky I did get someone from a another piercings shop to change out one of my hoops which gave me a lot of relief since, my ear was rejecting the jewelry. They do have good quality jewelry I did purchased from them even though I shouldn’t have, but one of the tall piercers that was filling in was very nice/helpful. This was on the 18th of August.

As a person with anxiety I felt weird just randomly doing a walk-in so I just booked through booksy by the artist name skai! Absolutely enjoyed it, and I love this special tattoo I got. They helped me keep calm while I was nervous.

This shop is so cute and the staff are all so nice and professional. I chose this shop because I’ve been pierced by Leydi before and I wasn’t disappointed. She’s very knowledgeable and explained the process to me the whole time. I got my daith pierced on each ear, a nose ring changed, and my industrial jewelry put back in. One of my favorite parts of the shop is how inclusive and welcoming they are. Highly recommend this location for any piercing or tattoo needs. 💜

I got my most recent tattoo here, and let me just say I absolutely love the fact that the owner is a Black woman with an all female team! My girlfriend and I were walk-ins and they were able to squeeze us in (we got small tattoos) As soon as you enter the shop you can tell it is a very clean, well ran establishment! Everyone in the shop was so welcoming and professional! The shop was easy to find and will definitely be recommending to my friends!

Clean, professional, beautiful jewelry selection! I just wish the staff was a little more personable. I had been excited to go there with my friend because it’s all female owned, and the person at the front desk was a little icey, and no one seemed to share in my excitement. The first thing they said to me was “Did she (the piercer) know you were going to be late?” Which tbh *I* did not know I was late because it was like 3 minutes after my appt time, but even so it was just not a nice way to be greeted. If you’re going to be so critical around appt times maybe add language to your site that says to show up 5-10 minutes early.

I really like this tattoo studio. It's only been open less than a year so like any business they are working out any kinks. I have gotten 3 piercings and 2 tattoos from here and had a very good experience. They are very busy so be ready to have a wait or have to come before they open to get on list and seen sooner. Love the flash events.

Found this place while researching and it is absolutely gorgeous but everything else was not as satisfying. I came in with a group 2 hrs early and was the first in line but still waited about an hour to get tatted while other people behind us in the line were already tatted and leaving. Not only that but this was supposed to be a fun experience but it seemed like the artist we had Sarah didn't care to be there and made it awkward for my group. We timed how long the actual tattooing took and it was 20min though we had waited for an hour just for that. Unfortunately we wont be coming back because of the high price for something super small and not complicated, the waiting time and the boring experience. Hope this helps others before coming in.

Hands down the cutest tattoo shop in Texas! All of the artists/staff are amazing. Lilac is a woman/LGBTQIA+ friendly space and it's probably one of the first tattoo studios that I've seen where it upholds those values. I felt super comfortable going in for a walk in and my artist @yattedbymaddy was incredible. I've also had teeth whitening done by @icedd_teeth and my teeth were noticeably whiter in one session. Going here is a need, not a want.

Lilac Tattoo Studio is such an amazing place! When I went inside it is so cute & clean! The employees are all so nice and friendly. most tattoo shops you are there to get the tattoo and leave but Lilac has such great energy throughout.. it definitely makes your experience different. I will be going back!!! Loved!

My piercing appointment was at 12:30. I walked in at 12:35, was checked in,signed the waiver, and then asked to wait in an overcrowded waiting area where I stood for about 20 minutes. Around 1, I was told that since I came in late, my appointment was canceled. I fully understand that they have a strict appointment time policy but what I don’t understand why I wasn’t just told in the beginning? Why make me wait and waste my time?
