I went in today to have them replace a piercing that’s in my nose with a brand new diamond piercing I bought and they broke it. It was worth $300 so extremely upset as I got no money back from it either. It was a very special gift from an international trip that I’ll never be able to get again - extremely angry and disappointed. I am appalled that they broke my jewelry and then blamed my piercing for the problem and didn’t even give me any money for breaking it. They seem extremely careless for other people’s valuables - I will never ever be coming back here ever again.

This shop is extremely clean and professional. They jewelry they sell is expensive, for it is high quality. If you have issues with a piercing, it is possible your body is rejecting your jewelry. Cheap jewelry gives me allergic reactions. It's understandable that quality jewelry costs more because it is worth it.

Had a wonderful time with Joel! Pierced our ears with efficiency and was very informative and pleasant. Also loved the vibe of the shop and other employees.

Joel was the guy that pierced my nose and my two sisters. He was great.
Everything about the experience was awesome. He sterilize everything and wipe down everything and it's amazing how clean and thorough they are.

I had the pleasure of having this custom artwork (from my son) inked by Abbie several weeks ago. These were my first tattoos so I was a bit hesitant and nervous, but she was amazing, with an outstanding personality and great at putting my fears at bay. I will absolutely be back!

I got my first piercing from them in 2017 when I turned 18, it was my septum. Didn't feel a thing and healed wonderfully. 2022, got my nostril and belly pierced. No pain and is healing pretty good. Then 4-5 months later got 3 forward helix piercings, no pain and it's doing good so far. Paxton and Joel are pretty good at what they do. Jewelry is worth the cost and the people who work the front desk are nice 👌

This was my first time here and it was wonderful! The staff are awesome all around. Very friendly and they listen to you closely. I came in with nose jewelry I could not remove (I did not get the jewelry or piercing from them by the way) and they got it out promptly and professionally. They made great suggestions on alternative types of jewelry to use especially because I will be removing mine regularly and replacing with a piercing retainer for work. Overall, I think this will become my primary piercing place. Great job, Wingnut!

I went here about a year ago and got four piercings. The guy who did it was super nice and did his best to be quick as I'm a big pain baby. Wonderful job, quick and well placed.
