Got my double ear piercing today (upper lobe) and was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I had not been here before so I didn’t quite know what to expect but things went smoothly, the staff were friendly and the piercing process was easygoing and organized. I had Paxton as my piercer, he was great and knew what he was doing. He made sure I left knowing how to properly do the aftercare. The place was clean and comfortable. The earrings they sell are really nice quality and they had just what I was looking for. Next time I want a piercing I will be sure to come back!

Joel was the best ! He was very efficient and also very easy demeanor that made the entire process very comfortable and relaxed. No pressure in choosing jewelry but also very knowledgeable in what would look good and easy to clean. Highly recommend !

Me and my sister just had our noses pierced by Paxton. He was very nice and it was super quick. place is clean and the other workers we talked to were super nice as well. would recommend going there for piercings

Paxton, is extremely professional. They take their COVID precautions are very seriously and, and they are very clean, it makes you feel good about the shop. Paxton was even kind enough to fix a mistake another piercer made. I will definitely come back with all my piercing and jewelry needs.

Joel was ABSOLUTELY amazing, so patient and kind when it came to doing my nose. Definitely will be making this my go to for piercings and tattoos. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

I will never go back here for a piercing. I went to get my belly button pierced back in the beginning of summer, and was super excited because i just turned 18! I was super excited to get my piercing done, as I had already been turned away by them once.
The first appointment I made was like the day after my birthday and i was super excited! i brought my birth certificate, social security, and paper copy of my license (i had already gone to the dmv to apply for my 18 yo license) and my old one has been stamped through and invalidated so i didn’t bring it. I can understand why they didn’t accept the 3 forms of ID that I brought, what I can’t understand is why he denied those 3, and then proceeded to tell me that if i had brought my currently INVALID license he would be able to go through with my appointment.
My next visit was a few weeks later. I don’t know why I chose to come back, but I did. I got there and this time there was a woman at the desk. She was super rude and made me feel really uncomfortable, but I got though it. But this leads me to my next qualm, when I was asked what jewelry I wanted, I responded by asking for prices (they were not listed online or in store) and I was informed that the CHEAPEST option was $70. This is in no way ok. I understand that the quality may be great and all that, but there is fine quality jewelry for way less. And IF you are going to offer that as your cheapest option, you should, at the very least have it publicly known and posted. At this point I felt like I couldn’t say no so I just followed through. My piercer was nice and made sure everything was clean, but no nicer and no cleaner than any other piercer I’ve been to.
Then, when I was checking out the woman at the desk said some very disrespectful things to my piercer which honestly, were personal and I don’t feel like I should share here. There was a lot of tension between the two after that.
Since then I have been to 3 other local establishments, and now knowing that the service here was not normal or ok, I would have just walked out. Ultimately here I paid the most money i’ve ever spent on a piercing for the worst service i’ve ever received on one.

I came here to get my double helix pierced, and originally it was done by Paxton. He wasn’t welcoming or friendly when I came in. He also wasn’t gentle in the slightest, clamped my ear super hard and was rough with the needle. The placement was right next to my first helix, so close to the point they were touching, which I asked for it to be separated. I came back two days later and asked for it to be taken out because I didn’t like the placement, and Justin offered to re-pierce it the same day. He made sure I liked the placement and was super gentle and pierced it very quickly. It hurt much less than the first time, despite my ear still being sore. Not only was very nice, he made it fast and easy, almost painless. I am so much happier with that experience and the new placement of the earring, if getting pierced I would recommend piercing with Justin

Top notch place! Super clean, great and friendly staff there. I just wish I left a bigger tip for Paxton! Going back to make it right! Sorry dude
