Terrible service the tattoo lady rescheduled 3 times and 2 on the day of the tattoo last minute the service there is rude always feel like their in a bad mood doesnt show respect at all for customers. Was supposed to get my tat 2 months ago and still haven’t for they reschedule without your permission last minute, do not recommend.

Update: I spoke with one of the owners, who was very nice and he went over how they actually sterilized the piercing they put in my ear from my nose, which made me feel 100% better. From how I was treated from the piercer, I will still not be returning, but appreciated the call!
I am not usually one to leave bad reviews, but this is sticking with me. I went to get my nose stud taken out permanently, since this is where I got it done, I trusted them. The man who let me in due to covid was very nice and welcoming. The piercer however, was not in the best mood. I get it we all have bad days but I felt like a bother. He took my stud out no issues, and then I asked if I could get my helix pierced. He used the same nose stud to save me some money, however I found out piercers shouldn't use the same jewelry unless cleaned for 20 min, which it was not. I won't be going back.

I've had tattoos done there and just got a few piercings done as well and I highly recommend!! All the staff are very nice and extremely talented. Paxton made my piercing experience very relaxed and comfortable. Super easy going and friendly... again HIGHLY recommend.

Called in advance for an appointment to ask some questions. Once I arrived I talked to the lady working the desk and phones and she tried to gaslight me and act like she didn't say things that me and my significant other both heard her say over the phone. They then proceeded to put a piece of jewelery in after the piercing that wasn't the one I asked for. On top of that both the desk lady and the guy doing the piercing were extremely rude. I can't honestly believe that these people get away with their behavior and keep their jobs. I've been here for several piercings before but after this experience I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone. Find somewhere else that has at least a smidge of professionalism unlike the employees here.

Every time I’ve went here for a piercing they amaze me every time. Very friendly, affordable, quick, and know what they are doing. I recently got my nose done and was worried about the healing process, they said to come in anytime for a check up at no cost. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a piercing. Im excited to get a tattoo from there as well.

Came here to get my nipples done after not being pierced for over 3 years and honestly by far the best experience I could ask for. Justin is super awesome ! Made me completely comfortable even with my nipples being out !10/10 would reccomend and plan on comin back for some ink 😎😎

I had a piercing done on my right helix and my friend got her lobe doubles done here by the same piercer, Justin. It was a great experience, he made sure we were comfortable and kept up some casual conversation with us to help put us at ease. If I want any other piercings I'll definitely be returning to the Anoka location
