I had jewelry switched out. On the second day after, the balls in my nipple ring and earring came out. I went back a month later, as I live 2 hours away. A different guy put the balls back in and tightened the tension so it wouldn’t happen again. My only problem was that I was left to feel like I was taking up his “ precious” time. No personality and rather poor communication skills as well. To be honest I probably will not give them my business anymore.

I brought my younger sister here yesterday to swap out her nose piercing. The staff was very friendly and even squeezed myself in for a quick piercing. Joel was very professional and did a great job! The establishment was very clean and I loved the vibe. We will most definitely be back. Thank you!

I stopped by yesterday to see if I could get an extra bead that fell out of my hoop earring. The guy gets me in between customers, figures out what I need, and doesn’t charge me for anything! I will be going here for future piercings and tattoos. Super cool people

My daughter is turning 18 and her birthday is St. Patrick's Day. She wants to get a matching tattoo with her mom...pretty cool.
Looks like Abbie does really good script so I reached out via email as instructed. She responded that she would love to take this on and sent me a list of fonts. She wasn't able to do the one that was chosen so I asked for her thoughts on it. That was on 2/25. She still has not responded to multiple emails and a phone call to the shop. Not to mention avoiding repeated questions about an actual day for the appointment.
Way to make my daughter's first experience get off to a great start.
This is the start to my daughter's tattoo adventures as well as piercings and could have been a great client for years to come.
It's a shame when an artist can't be bothered with communication!

I recommend 10/10, the piercer was super nice and helpful, I needed new clear containers in my piercings and needed some help, he did it very efficiently and careful. Don’t remember his name but he was great. Receptionist was super nice, and overall super clean shop. He did a great job and my ears look just as I wanted and new job will be very pleased to see I followed through and have clear containers in. Thanks guys!! Will be returning soon.

i had came in with a stubborn nose piercing i’ve been trying to change myself for about a month, and he was able to change it very easily and i’m so glad it’s out of my nose. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking thru this. He was also very gentle 🙌
