Went and got my septum done by Cara. She was fast, clean, and professional. I love it and she did a fantastic job. Was also very helpful in explaining everything and answering all of our questions. I would highly reccomend.

I went in for three piercings all in one sitting. Paulie (the piercer) was very professional, fas and efficient. He made it very clear what he was doing, gave clear directions, gave great advice on care and was an all around amazing artist. He made sure to ask if I was positive i wanted to do them all together or not based on my comfort level. Great guy, Great shop.

Professional but personable. They don’t have the typical “snobby” attitude that a lot of shops have. Cara pierced my nipples a few weeks ago and the experience wasn’t awkward at all like I thought it’d be. She was super sweet and genuinely cares about you/the work she does on you.

Really nice piercer the front desk not so much , at the time my mom got her nose pierced. Her boyfriend got his eyebrow pierced as well as my tragus unfortunately he did not do it straight and the stud was too short which cause a bump and had to use pliers to remove it since it was so tight.DO NOT GET YOUR TRAGUS DONE HERE .

Do not go here for ink. The piercing seems good, but the tattoos are not. Blake seems to be the best artist and he will touch up my month old tattoo for free. Getting ink done here is an overpriced gamble at best. The Mercy Seat is the best in Kansas City and I should have gone there. I waited 4 hours on a 30 minute projected wait time only to have a tattoo that needs touched up less than a month later. They are friendly people, for real. But the amount of customers to the number of artists makes them rushed. Remember that a tattoo lasts forever, you don't want it to be rushed. Go to the Mercy Seat or somewhere else for ink.

Paulie was great! I've had dermals before but this is my 1st time for a piercing. He was very kind and professional and I'm very picky so that's a lot. I absolutely love his professionalism and his gentleness. He was also very informative in how to care for my tongue. Thank you Paulie!
