Highly recommend the piercer Paulie, he was absolutely amazing! He was so nice to me and my friend! Very informative! He was also very appreciative of us being so patient for her was the only piercer there. Definitely worth the wait for such an amazing piercing! Very reasonably priced!

Cara, their female piercer was AMAZING. I’m new to piercings and on impulse walked in and got my nips pierced. She was so welcoming and friendly and really put me at ease with the whole process. She talked me through everything and although it hurt like no other; she made everything as smooth and quick as possible. Gave great thorough after care instructions as well.
I’ll certainly visit her for my next piercing!

Josh is responsible for my tattoo. The design isn't what I originally wanted.
I actually wanted the scripture words written out.
Josh was fast to dismiss my ideas because he assumed the scripture was too long. And we didn't agree on where to put the ink on my body because he'd dismiss a location I wanted. I just went with my back.
And he charged me $120 for the end product.
I don't agree with the price just like I didn't agree then. And I had him increase the size of my tattoo, because he wanted $120 for a tiny , "Psalm 46:10." I thought he'd make the print bigger since he lectured me on how small word tattoos dissolve faster because they have no air coming in.
I don't mind paying the right price for good ink when I think it's fair. And I get what I originally wanted.
Please tell your receptionist dude to not tell clients where or how they should have ink designed on their bodies. He really irritated me to the point where I was ready to walk out.
I won't come here for services anymore.

Cara did my septum piercing, and I absolutely loved it! It wasn't crazy expensive like other places I had looked at, she was incredibly friendly, and did an amazing job overall handling my piercing and instructing me on how to take care of it. I've followed her instructions and I've had the piercing for over a month and I've had absolutely no problems with it. I totally suggest her if you need a piercing done!

I went in knowing it was a walk in and had no problem waiting my turn with only 3 people in front of me. Thought it was frustrating that they let two girls in in front of the line after waiting for them to get their tattoos done first. Then to find out that they skipped over me completely and didn’t make any attempt to make it right. Just told me I would be up soon after already waiting over two hours. Terrible customer service.

Pretty disappointed with my first tattoo experience. The staff were not the most welcoming nor comforting. I was shocked at the price; spent $140 total for two tattoos smaller than a finger. The tattoo artist was nice, but became annoyed when I was unsure about the size and font (of a tattoo about to go on my body forever!!)
The tattoos turned out pretty well, but I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere..

My wife and I both got pierced by Paulie and the dude is awesome. He did my labret, opened up the holes in my ears and my wife's septum. He was very detailed about the piercing process, explaining about what he was doing to help ease my wife's nerves about it while also being very real about the possible outcome and drawbacks. Took his time to make sure both piercings were in a spot we liked while also making sure it was in a good place for it. Hands down best piercer I've ever been too!

Went Freaks for the very first time this week. It was highly recommended. My daughter (belly piercing) and I(tragus)got piercings done by Cara. Very professional, very knowledgeable, fun to interact with, and gentle and quick with the piercings. I am definitely going back to her when I am ready for more piercings. Highly recommend her.
