I loved my experience there. It was my 1st piercings and it was awesome. I can't wait to go back for more service everyone was really friendly in Lively. They gave me lots of information about my my piercing, and make sure that they gave me a lot of good information have to do with future piercings. It was a little pricey but it was worth it trust me. You should rather get your piercing done great then so so. Shout out to my piercer Paulie✌💜🔥

I have been in to see Cara twice for piercings. Once for my nose, and for my tragus. She is gentle, sweet and very explanatory. As someone who suffers from anxiety, I could not appreciate her more! I've felt extremely calm and comfortable with her both times. I highly recommend her and wouldn't go to anyone else!

I had my first piercing ever done here in 2009 right after I turned 18 and I returned today to get both nostrils pierced. I couldn't be happier with the service and atmosphere of this parlor. Cara did my piercings today and she was an absolute delight. It's very clean and well-lit and just an altogether enjoyable experience. Super kind staff and a fantastic jewelry selection for piercings!

Even though I have several piercings and have kept them all in good shape the guy who peirced my ear was condescending about the question I asked. Btw the question was just "how long should I clean it for?" Not something stupid and not something that is out of the ordinary. The piercing itself was good but I won't be back.

I got two piercings by Cara three days ago and she is lovely. She was super nice and answered all of my questions so well while making me feel more comfortable. I like that she pierces free hand and I think she did a great job on me

Incredibly disappointed in my opinion the best artist in the shop “Little Joe”. We discussed a large $700 thigh piece. I paid $60 three weeks before to reserve my spot. I hadn’t heard from him so I messaged him a few days before on Facebook to ask about the drawing. He looked at the message but never replied. I showed up for my appointment he acted surprised I was there and told me he forgot about my appointment and all details of the tattoo because he was busy. A huge waste of my time.
