Great Service Helpful Staff Informative

The piercer did a great job of helping my friend and I today. Gave me a printed out sheet of home care instructions on how to clean my new piercing and what to expect during the healing time! The piercer also took the time to explain how to clean the piercing and how often!

Had to wait an hour and a half for a jewelry change, which I typically wouldn't mind if the piercer was worth it. This is NOT the case, she is SOOOO unprofessional. After waiting for an hour for the piercer to finish with the two, yes two, patrons ahead of me she finally pulled me back into her booth and asked that I give her a minute to "get a bite of soup." 20 minutes go by of me sitting, waiting in her booth for her to return, mind you, I can hear her laughing and giggling on the other side of the wall. When she finally did bother to return I handed her two nose rings and told her which one I would like her help putting in, which she confirmed and repeated my selection back to me. She takes all of 5 minutes to put my nose ring in, I look in the mirror.. it's the wrong effing nose ring. You could not pay me to come back. Beyond disappointing.

I've gotten 3 tattoos from 3 different artists ranging from small wording, to a full side piece. Ive also gotten 4 piercings in my ear and belly button. They do an amazing job at everything and are very reasonable. I won't use anyone else.

I recommended this place to my friends (previous experience was good). We all got tattoos. The artist that did mine and one of my friends was way off his game this day. I walked out with an unfinished, brutally over worked tattoo. My friend came away with a tattoo filled with unfinished, careless mistakes. Motto is cheap tattoos aren't good and good tattoos aren't cheap. Well my tattoo should have been way cheaper for the quality of experience and the final product.

I got my septum piercing done here by Paulie a month ago, and he is absolutely amazing at what he does! He's very chatty and answered all my questions, including the really dumb ones I had.

I’ve been to freaks a few times and I enjoy my experience every time. They do a good job of getting you back in a timely manner when you walk in. However one of the front desk guys is very rude and blunt and lets the whole place know it, very unprofessional. Overall the artist always make me feel comfortable and the results are amazing.

I was a walk in, had about a 45 min wait which wasn't bad. I wanted like 8 piercings in my ears but they advised against getting them all done at once for health and healing purposes which was fine they will do up to 3 at a time and the price was very fair. Cara was great, quick minimal pain, and very informative answered all my questions. I was very nervous and she talked me through the whole thing and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely coming back here for the rest of my piercings!

I went in today to get two tattoos, one that needed to be touch up on and a new one but the guy at the front was cool but then he brought out this tattoo guy name Ryan who was very rude and loud asking me “ what are you wanting to get done today?” After I had already explained in detail what I wanted to get done. Ryan quickly stated I’m not doing this and that and the other. To me this is no way to treat a future paying customer. I will never recommend this place to anyone as long as that unprofessional man name Ryan is working there. I ended up walking out and not getting a tattoo at all after we had our argument, because he was very hateful about it. They get zero stars from me if it had allowed me to select it.

I got my cartilage and midway pierced here a couple months ago and LOVE it! I had such a lovely experience while I was there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs. The piercing lady (I wish I could remember her name) was fantastic! She made sure you were 100% sure and comfortable before she did anything and made the whole process a lot less nerve-racking. I highly recommend this place and I will be coming back if I get more piercings!

My experience was really cool. I called prior to my arrival to ensure that they were open since it was Memorial Day weekend. Whoever answered the phone was very polite, so that put me at ease. I was able to get in right away. Now, granted, I didn't go in there trying to get a massive tattoo, just something small and personal and Moe came down and was really cool/chill and he took about ten minutes to do the sketch of my small tattoo. He worked with me with placement and offered sound guidance in regard. He was really laidback. His attitude was relaxed. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I would go back.
