This shop is PRISTINE. I’ve been tattooed by all the artists at this shop at one point and can say without a doubt I’ve never been disappointed. Violit is incredible!! They go above and beyond to make sure you are completely comfortable and happy with your experience and art . I can’t say enough good things about Zen Ink . I recommend them to everyone , first tattoos, coverups , piercings etc , you can’t go wrong 💜

I had a great experience at Zen! Mychela did a lovely commissioned tattoo for me at an affordable rate. The space was friendly, bright, and accommodating! I hope to be back one day!

Violit Hartwell is the best artist around - I have had multiple tattoos done by her , and I have referred many friends who always leave happy . This shop is VERY clean, peaceful, friendly staff, knowledgeable staff, and overall an awesome experience . Love her and will never go anywhere else for my ink needs 😁

My wife and I have been coming to Zen ink for several years and Violit has done all of our work. It's not your typical tattoo shop- not all skulls and Harley Davidsons. Very clean, friendly, professional and inviting for everyone. Highly recommended for inkwork or piercings.

Had an amazing experience at Zen Ink! Made an appointment with Violit for my first tattoo ever and could’nt have had a better experience. She was super kind and made sure I felt 100% comfortable the whole time and my tattoo looks amazing!!

Sanitary, friendly, and great service. I felt very comfortable getting my septum pierced here. Will definitely go back for more piercings or possibly even a tattoo.

I can’t recommend Zen Ink enough. Melissa is AMAZING. My friend and I got pierced by her today and we can’t wait to go back. If you’re considering getting pierced here.. do it!

What an amazing experience/atmosphere ! I’m so so happy I found ZenInk . Violit has created a very unique, welcoming, loving, judgment free, professional buisness. I got pierced and tattooed from her and both experiences were like no other. She is so so sweet and caring and gentle. As well as very talented :). Thank you so much!

I originally started communication with Enteka on March 9th. I really was impressed with their style and felt it would be a good fit for what I was looking for, plus the studio had great ratings. I got one response the same day, asking for examples of what I wanted but after I sent the concept/reference pictures the next day, I didn't hear anything back. COVID lockdown happened shortly after so I didn't give it too much thought. When I saw they were back open, I sent a message to the Enteka on July 1st. I waited a few days and didn't hear anything so I reached out to the studio on the 7th and they said they would pass along my message. I checked back in on the 10th and was told I would hear back within a week.I had also contacted another recommended artist from there (Monk) on the 16th via Instagram and they informed me to contact via email. I reached out to the studio again on the 17th and it was revealed that the Enteka tried to reply ("multiple times") but for some reason, the email was blocked. Evidently that was never passed along to the studio or to me. I was given their phone number so I used that to contact them and while they apologized for the delay, they said they don't usually use text to book appointments. So I went back to email. I emailed both artists on the 20th and both responded one time each a day or two later. I replied to both again shortly thereafter and never heard anything back. I finally emailed them both again on the 2nd of August just asking if they didn't want to do my tattoo, to please tell me. Just a few minutes later, I get a response from Enteka saying "Oh sorry, I thought I replied to your other email but it was in my draft folder." They asked if I wanted them to send me their available dates and I replied the next day, yes. On the 6th, I got a reply but by that point I felt it was too little, too late. They both seemed enthused by the concept but it didn't really extend beyond the first email. I never got any more than the initial response (except from the studio, I got slightly more from them). I know they're not obligated to do my tattoo (which is why I stated several times that if they weren't interested to let me know or recommend someone else) and that they're probably busy so I wasn't bugging them every day. I always gave it a few days (usually a week which I don't feel is unreasonable). I feel like my time and interest in booking them to do my tattoo was completely disregarded. The struggle to get any kind of response was very frustrating and the complete breakdown in communication was enough of a sign that it isn't a good fit.

The friends at Zen Ink are amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable. The energy in the establishment was very nice. Auggie was the best experience of the whole experience. Knowledgeable and thorough. Thank you for giving people a wonderful place to put good in their lives.
