My first but definitely not my last experience with Amber at Straight Edge Tattoo❤️ They are clean. Efficient and flexible with just about everything. She took her time in letting me decide how I wanted my tattoo. I would HIGHLY recommend her but i want her all to myself!!! 😂 Thank you guys so much for making a special wish come true in the most perfect way!! Clean. Friendly. Efficient. Beautiful. Everything nice I could say that’s them!

Not too sure I'll be returning to this location. We were told to wait in our cars, which was almost 2 hours by the time he rang me, to get a piercing. Appointments would have worked better.

This review is for Michael at the shop. Michael was kind of enough to help with designing my tattoo. He made it clear how it will turn out if its done a certain way. This showed that he knew what he was talking about. We got it set up for the next day. When I got there the next day, Michael had already drawn up the tattoo to make sure it would fit perfectly. Michael was precise about how he tattooed it. He also was very conversational while being professional. When he got done, I was more than happy with the results. I recommend this place! Michael and the other professionals were great!

Cain did a really good job on my tattoo and it was a really good price. Will come back & I recommend him 100% 😊

I read the reviews of all nearby Murfreesboro tattoo shops and this one had the best, and from my experience, I can see why. Had my nose pierced here last night by Irish. 100% positive experience. The place is a lot bigger inside than it looks from the outside, and it was all clean and the guys working there were all nice and friendly. Irish talked me through everything and I have NO problems with my piercing. Everyone that has seen it loves it. My tat and other piercings came from places in Dallas before I moved here, so I can't speak for the tattoos, but as far as the piercings go, this one has been superb and the price was less expensive than Nashville. Love it!

I got my lip pierced there a few months ago. I got my vertical labret and it healed amazingly. the piercer, I think his name was irish(?), was amazing. he triple checked the mark he made on my lip and made sure I was good with it. very quick process. I will definitely be coming back for my future piercings.

I've gotten tattooed at this shop for the past few years, on several different occasions. I exclusively use Will Wood as my one and only ink guy. He has done everything for me from roses for my daughters, a full half-sleeve cross with complimentary artwork, an asian-inspired piece on my other arm with a phoenix, dragon, and script.

On my calves, he has done portraits of my children on one leg and portraits of characters from the series 'Spartacus' on my other. His work is impeccable. The coloring, shading, creativity, and the ability to take my idea and create an incredibly unique piece is a talent like no other. Not only that, but the portrait work he does is some of THE BEST in the business. They are incredibly life-like, the best shading and filling and line work you will ever get. I've not only used him exclusively for the past 6 years but also have referred my family and friends to him -- even my wife who has gotten incredible lotus flowers done by him. We constantly get compliments for his work, coloring, shading, and creativity.

Overall, I love the staff at Straight Edge as well. All the guys there are incredibly cool to be around. The owner, Chris, is very laid back, friendly, and a great artist as well as all the guys are. The shop is always very sterile, clean, organized, and efficient. I've never had any issues with my tattoos, during healing and have never needed a single touch-up on any of Will's work. He goes out of his way for his clients to not only make them feel comfortable, but also has become friends with many of his clients (me and my wife included) because he is not only an incredible and talented tattoo artist, but a great person. I can't speak highly enough of Straight Edge and the work that the entire team does there. 5 of 5 starts and would (and have) personally recommended this shop to ANYONE.

Irish pierced my navel about a year ago - it had been pierced roughly 4 years prior by a tattoo shop in Nashville. The original piercing became infected and caused a blood blister. I took it out with hopes of having it re-pierced. I looked up this shop and decided to give it a go. Irish was super informative and answered all my questions. The process was quick, easy, and nearly painless. He had plenty of navel rings to choose from (unlike the original shop I went to), and the cost was cheap for good quality piercing. Y’all go see him - you won’t regret it!

This was my first time getting a professional piercing (I've pierced myself all other times). They were extremely nice and explained everything thoroughly to me! The guy that pierced my lip was very kind and answered all questions I had. I asked about how to become a professional body piercer (because that's what I want to do) and he helped me out a lot with that. So, all in all, I had a very very good experience and completely recommend this place!! I WILL be returning for my tongue piercing and future tattoos!!!!

Both me and my fiance go to Chris @ Straight Edge and love our tattoos. Chris keeps you laughing the whole time and is easy to work with. I love that if you go to the shop only wanting to spend x amount of money he will work with that price and tell you how big/detailed it will be. He don't try and talk you into spending more than what you originally wanted. I'm not sure about the rest of the shop but everyone seems laid back, nice, and welcome you when you come in the door. However, A few of my friends that i have recommended go there have said that Will is not friendly at all but people have theirs good and bad days i guess.

Our next tats will be in September and I'm stoked to see how they will come out! :D
