I've been down to Black Rabbit twice now. Kim was amazing with everything! I'm extremely happy with how my tattoo turned out.
Everyone there is accepting and accommodating. The atmosphere is so nice and I feel like I belong there when I walk in.
Highly HIGHLY reccomend Black Rabbit. This is the only place I will go to for my tattoos and I travel from Pennsylvania.

This place is awesome. The staff here is amazing. They are extremely helpful and they answered all of my questions. The quality of work here is excellent. My tattoo artist was Kimberly Wall and she did an amazing job with my tattoo. Can't wait to get another one. 😊

I love this shop! The atmosphere is always welcoming, the staff is friendly and the ladies do amazing work! Each artist has their own space with raised walla and they can pull a curtain closed if you need privacy. I personally prefer that to the open floor plan of other shops. I would highly recommend this shop, especially for anyone getting their first tattoo.

One of the best tattoo shops in Richmond, VA. All of the artist are fantastic and friendly. The shop is clean and has great art on the wall to look at whole you wait. I'd say the only downfall is getting an appointment can be difficult. But that's really only because the artist are so good they're booked and you have to wait.

There was a miscommunication in booking and I spoke with Kimberly via email who then offered to speak with me over the phone which I appreciated. We discussed where the issue was and the communication break down may have been and were able to resolve the issue. I am re writing my review based on this interaction which they fully addressed the issue and wanted to rectify. They have excellent artist and are super busy so just be mindful of this when booking.

So yesterday was my first tattoo. Completely panicked I went in and the ladies there were awesome! Rosemary was the lucky one who had me. Said she had faith in me and before I knew it I was on her table and I am very happy with the outcome. Looks amazing. So thank you Rosemary for doing my 1st tattoo! Your awesome..and I did enjoy my beers after!! A friend recommended me here and I highly recommend them to everyone. Looking forward to going back very soon. THESE LADIES ROCK!

If you live in Richmond you NEED to go here. Best tattoo shop in the region and gets my travel all the way from Tennessee. They have no tattoo’d me yet but many friends have had work done by them and the work is PHENOMENAL. Owner and her ladies are some of the best humans on this planet.

My only complaint about black rabbit, is that they aren’t open in my hometown. Without a doubt, my favorite shop I’ve even been into. Every artist here was courteous, and extremely talented. The shop remains busy all day for good reason. I hope I get to make it out here again one day and get some more tattoos done.
