She did an amazing job! She's knowledgeable, compassionate, and she's quick but efficient! Also you can tell she knows what she's doing because they are usually super busy! Thank you so so much! My helix looks awesome! And it doesn't even hurt! So happy!

When I went in for my septum piercing, there was only one piercer, and let me tell you it was worth the wait I had to see her. My sense of time is skewed, so no comment on the wait time. But when it was my turn, the lady that pierced me was still as super nice, efficient, and professional as she was an hour or two before she helped me. Hats off to the whole staff actually.
On a side note, great selection of body jewelry, and the staff is knowledgeable and insightful when helping making decisions on a purchase. I definitely will be coming back for my next purchase.

My daughter's and I have gotten a few piercings here. The prices aren't bad, however customer service can sometimes be a hit and miss here. One thing I hate more than anything is bad customer service and I would like to believe that the customer service that my daughters were given a few days ago was just someone simply having a bad day. I personally haven't experienced very bad customer service and I hope that I never will hence the 4 ⭐'s

I got my septum done here and it was amazing, I was in and out and completely pain free. It's been about 5 months and so far it's healed very well, the only pain being the natural pain that comes with a freshly pierced nose!

Bree was amazing!!! She was the person who pierced my septum and I was really pleased with her professionalism and how friendly she is. I 100% recommend this shop for getting piercings and tattoos. The pricing was cheaper than other places that I looked at and I am happy that it was cheaper.

During this time in our lives, finding a place this clean and friendly is next to impossible. I'm not talking about clean for a body art location, I'm saying it feels more covid-19 safe than the rest of the mall.
The staff was precious! We (me) were nervous about getting my teens ears pierced and they not only made it not scary but enjoyable. We laughed, we learned, and best of all we got two amazing professional piercings. The artist was so sweet and reassuring, I think we forgot why my son was even in the piercing chair. Next thing you know he is done and smiling. I might go get pierced myself. Good times!

I have gotten all of the piercings I have, here. I love the people working there and the lady who has done all of my piercings has always been so patient and kind. They are super fast and make sure you are happy with what you got. I honestly have recommended this place to so many people
