Went in on a walk-in appointment to get a double cartlidge piercing; the staff was very friendly, honest and helpful! Shom helped give me a quote and greeted me and my family when we walked in, Tyler helped with jewelery selection and Kelly did my piercings. Kelly was exceptional! He executed both piercings quickly and with very little pain, asked how I was doing the whole time and was very honest! Later at dinner I pulled on a strand of my hair and it was caught in my piercing, the backing came unscrewed (from swelling and my hair being stuck in it) I walked back into the parlor and Shom helped me right away, I sat in the chair and he put the backing on and cleaned up my piercing, even offered advice on how to keep the swelling down. Honestly one if the best experiences I've had with my piercings and such sweet and wonderful staff!!!! Thank you a million times over, I'll definitely be back for any future piercings.

I've gotten all five of my piercings here so far and I love each of the piercers that I've been with. I'm looking forward to more piercings from this location.

I came in and the piercer wasn't there. The guy told someone else he can't actually pierce yet but he's building his portfolio and he has pierced before and he could stretch my septum. Maybe because I've had pros stretch it, but this was definitely the least comfortable and most "drawn out" gauging I've experienced. I probably won't be returning or recommending. The guy was nice but didn't instill confidence in me. I came here because my usual guy was closed. My bad. Haha
The F**ked Up Ones
I didn't get the name of the guy who did my nose, but I really liked him. He was soft spoken and told me everything he was going to do before he did it. And he seemed to have a lot of experience because he didn't use a clamp and he put the jewelry in with his fingers. I will definitely be coming back for more.

So far I have gotten 3 tattoos. The artist there, his name is James, and he is so awesome. He always makes sure that I get the right design and I like it. Genuinely love this place

I got my arm tattoo here, i wanna say 5 or 6 years ago when the ship was still located across the street from Jamba Juice. I still get compliments about it and people always seemed shocked when I tell them how old it is. And that's with never getting any touch ups on it. And yesterday, my mom and I went in to get a tongue piercing. Didn't catch the piercers name, but him and Echo were amazing. Were very consistent on making sure we were okay, and talking through the steps and answered any questions. They definately made the experience a lot easier.

Got a second cartilage piercing from Yita and she was quick and painless! I love it and the placement. I would definitely visit her again for my next piercing.

Brie at self expressions is a good piercer 💖 she did my industrial yesterday & she did my septum too which i had since 2015 😎 It was my anxiety that got me more, the pain was okay. My lil sister held my hand & watched the whole thing lol she a ROD 💚

Kind of sucked I couldn't get in for 2 days but it was really good the piercings were great and the dermals were great all their jewelry is great I've yet to have a tattoo there but I hear they're great too and the people are there very friendly and happy so it's a good place to go if you want to go at like during the day or early afternoon cuz they close really early

Went and took my daughter to get her nose pierced and my son to get his ears. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I definitely will recommend this place
